I got Cassie's business card from my chiropractor and she said this is not your typical massage therapist - Cassie knows a lot about muscular-skeletal anatomy and with that knowledge she'll make sure you'll get a treatment, not a pure relaxation.
I can't say enough good things about her. First she has a great, easygoing and friendly personality, kind and gentle. Second, she has great knowledge and skills, and is a certified massage therapist from a good massage school. She will get the adhesions and tension out of your muscles, layer by layer, or specifically, muscle by muscle. Yes, she can name all your muscles and how they relate to each other and the rest of your body, so she knows how to work your body. Third, her knowledge is beyond just massage. She's studying to be a holistic doctor so she knows other areas of holistic health care too. She specializes to treating Lyme disease too, and a lot of her patients benefit from her massage in combination with ozone therapy treatment.
Going to her is not just for a massage, it's a whole body treatment for your health. She's constantly learning new things and anything health related.
The downside is, she's expensive, but it's justified and totally worth it. She only works a minimum of 90 minutes because of how detailed she gets (remember, muscle by muscle!) Her hourly rate is $110, so there minimum charge is $165. You'd think people will shy away, no, she's busy all the time because she's that good. There are clients who flew in to see her and some get a 4 hour massage from her!!
I'm so glad I found her. It's hard to go back to massages where people don't know what they're doing and just pounding on your back like meat tenderizer. If you're looking for a therapeutic massage, and not just a place to relax and fall asleep, go find Cassie! read more
