When you rent out Reunion Ranch (the outside grounds..a whole bunch of acres :) you have the entire place to yourself w/ access to over 41 activities..let me repeat that..YES, 41 activities!! There really was something for everyone one to enjoy..from the babies to the grown peeps! And the Reunion Ranch staff are so organized & kept things flowing so smoothly..even with over 400 attendees! I also really liked how the RR staff would announce over the loud speaker what activity was about to start. Activities Reunion Ranch offered: -tug of war mud pit..yes, complete with a real MUD PIT!! -volleyball courts -canoe & paddle boats -man made little sand beach -maze -horse shoes & washers -miniature golf -zip line -wagon rides -pony rides -obstacle course -teen tower -dunking booth ect ect ect And so many more activities but tooooo many to name & I'm not trying to get carpal tunnel ;) Another thing I give kudos to Reunion Ranch is the food serving line..they have about 6 different serving lines w/ RR staff making the plates & even w/ over 400 people in attendance the wait time was super fast. We had all you can eat barbecue plates & all you can eat Bluebell ice cream cups! There also was cotton candy, popcorn, & snow-cones for everyone to enjoy & for us adults..the libations offered were...sangrias, beer, & wine!! I was a regular at the sangria station!! ;) Reunion Ranch really is a cool place to have a team building event, reunion, or a wedding. The venue itself is so pretty surrounded by lots of trees & just has a different vibe to it. For sure I totally recommend Reunion Ranch!! They get 5+++++++++++ stars in my book -Rebecca out

HighPointe Estate - Custom In-House Floral available

I cannot say enough about Dawson and Highpointe Estate. We visited this venue when it was just…read morestuds and concrete, but Dawson's detailed vision of the venue was enough for us to book with him the day after our tour. Our trust in Dawson paid off as the venue was even better than he had originally described. From an objective standpoint, the venue had everything we could want: beautiful detail and design inside and out, thoughtful architecture in both the chapel and great hall, and amazing ambiance nestled in the 40+ acres of Liberty Hill. Just as important, though, was how great Dawson was to work with. We were one of the couples affected by COVID, and thus had to postpone our wedding. What started as a 7-month planning process quickly turned into an 18-month planning process, and the support we received from Highpointe throughout the process quite simply restored our faith in humanity. No matter how long it had been since we were able to speak with the venue about plans or visit the venue for logistical reasons, Dawson was right there to greet us by our first names as if we had known him our entire lives. He and his team do a fantastic job at making you feel like you're the only wedding on their mind, and it builds a positive relationship that makes you wish you could formally invite the entire team to the wedding itself!

He always made himself available, whether in-person, by phone, email or even text. He was flexible, accommodating and really seemed like he cared about our wedding being a success. We never felt like just another couple on the calendar. Dawson also did our florals and did an incredible job. He went above and beyond to meet the vision we had in mind. We even had a professional florist as a guest at our wedding and she commented on how impressed she was by our florals. Evening looked absolutely exquisite and the day went so smoothly. Would absolutely recommend using Highpointe Estate as a venue and Dawson as a florist.

Angel Springs Event Center - Wedding outside at Angel Springs

We had our wedding AND reception at Angel Springs - so convenient to have both at the same venue!…read moreIt's beautiful inside and outside. My husband insisted on an outdoor wedding, but luckily the trees provided adequate shade. This was actually our second choice of venue, but only because they didn't have a package deal (we had to find a caterer, florist, etc) and it's kind of remote, so we were worried about guests finding it. The dressing rooms have a back door, so I could sneak out to discuss logistics with my partner behind the scenes without looking unromantic.

Angel Springs may look gorgeous in photos, but our experience was the opposite of professional…read more We booked the venue for October 19, 2025 and paid a $3,400 deposit. On July 3, 2025--well over three months before the date--we informed them in writing that we had to cancel due to personal circumstances and asked to discuss a fair, partial refund since there was still plenty of time to rebook the date. After that message, we never heard from anyone again. No follow-up call, no acknowledgment of the situation--complete silence. Keeping a full $3,400 while refusing to even reply is unacceptable business practice. If you're a couple researching venues, be very cautious. Verify every refund and cancellation term in writing and assume that once Angel Springs has your deposit, you may never hear from them again if things change. The property is beautiful, but the way they treat customers is not.

I had a venue booked for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary... then came COVID…read more The venue cut to 50% capacity, which made it too small. I had to cancel and re-think everything. The venue needed to be large enough to accommodate distancing, catering and food service was sketchy since many places closed, local restrictions were fluid and I didn't live in the city where the event would be held. At one point, I thought we wouldn't be able to celebrate more than having a small dinner. It was discouraging. Then I found Milestone Memories and Events. I had a good feeling about Geri after our first phone call. The second call confirmed my initial impression. I needed someone with experience and good judgment that I could trust for advice. After all, large events take hundreds of decisions and bad choices can create bad experiences for all the guests. To give context, the guest list was 250 people. Given the circumstances, I estimated 100-150 would attend. The final RSVP count came in at 140. This was not a small event and we pulled it off in four months! Here are just a few highlights of my great experience with Milestone Memories: - We developed a budget, and came in under - They got to know us and designed decor and settings to match (my mom loved everything!) - Everything LOOKED AMAZING, tables, center pieces, lighting, photo backdrop, entry tables - All the logistics like how people enter, move, exit, accounting for seating, everything was great - They found the venue, catering, music and negotiated many details so I only made major decisions. I can't tell you how important that is because it can be overwhelming dealing with multiple contracts when the event is personal. - They took care of my parents and were so thoughtful of all their needs on the day of the event - Excellent communication throughout Geri and her staff are genuine, caring people and I'm so thankful we met. Don't misunderstand, she's a skilled project manager and straight forward communicator that will take care of business! What I mean is she thought of details that I could never have thought of. For example, she created a space for my parents to rest before the event and stocked it with a beautiful snack tray. She arranged a "Grand Entrance" which turned out amazing. My parents had a "first dance", and I mean they had never danced in public before, even at their wedding. This was Geri's idea and it made such an impact! This is the longest review I've written and it is still too short. What a great 4 month journey this was with Geri to create such a memorable celebration for my parents! People are still talking about it a week later. I still get emails and texts complimenting how great it was, and we have the best pictures to help us remember. Here's are a few things people are saying: "elegant", "fun", "relaxed", "beautiful", "amazing!"... My mom and dad loved everything! After working with Geri and her team for 4 months, I 100% recommend them to anyone needing a spectacular event!

He even followed up multiple times when I was too busy with other wedding stuff. We had quite a few songs that weren't your normal song requests and he was more than accommodating. The best part of having Aaron as our Dj was how much he rolled with the flow the day of. It was raining the day of our wedding and unfortunately the tent was leaking Into the area where he was supposed to set up. Our ceremony was delayed over an hour so it cut into a lot of our dancing time. He was able to set up in a different location no problem. After we finished all the ceremonial items I gave Aaron the thumbs up and he immediately kicked up the music and got everyone dancing for the 45 minutes or so that we had. I felt like even though time was short all the songs we really wanted were played and everyone had a great time. Would DEFINITELY recommend Aaron for your wedding or special event.
