Unfortunately, they finished up and I did not check the upstairs because I had a work event. When I arrived home in the evening and went upstairs to the bedrooms, I found stains and filth on all my new, white carpets, as well as dirty smears on all the painted window frames. I took photos, cleaned the frames, vacuumed and called the office first thing the next morning. I had to have my carpeting professionally cleaned to remove the stains. Their response to me was 1)no, they didn't want to see the photos I took and offered to send them and, 2) they sent over the same guys who had done the cleaning to inspect. The guys basically said it's hard work and it's difficult to keep everything clean when they're cleaning (apparently they couldn't be bothered with the shoe covers when window cleaning that they wore during the "inspection") They said they would discuss it with the owner. I never heard back. Disgraceful.
