Shipping Kuma overseas truly was a worry for me, but Andy, along with Campbell and Melanie at Pet Travel Transport were phenomenal in making sure Kuma's trip was smooth and as stress-free as possible. He arrived safely, securely and after a day of lots of sleeping, he was happy and healthy as ever. Flawless Pet Transport--Twice Now!…read more I cannot say enough good things about Animals on the Go. This was my second time using their transport services, and once again, they went above and beyond. My two miniature dachshunds were picked up in Sidney, NY and delivered safely to Port Charlotte, Florida--and all of this happened on very short notice, with the entire trip completed in less than 22 hours. From start to finish, their team was professional, communicative, and incredibly caring. What really set this experience apart was the regular updates and video check-ins they provided along the way. As a pet parent, getting to see my dogs safe and relaxed mid-journey brought me tremendous peace of mind. They clearly understand how important that kind of reassurance is. Both times I've used them, the process has been smooth, efficient, and worry-free. The drivers were courteous and respectful, and it's obvious that the animals' safety and comfort come first. My dachshunds arrived calm, clean, and happy--and that's all I could ever ask for. If you're looking for a trustworthy, responsive, and truly compassionate pet transport company, look no further than Animals on the Go. They've never let me down, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pets.

Within a 1/2 hr, he had all the information for Molly to be picked up and dropped off. My Molly loved him! The pictures and videos he sent proves it. She was so comfortable with him which says a lot for me. Call Animals on the go if you're looking for a kind-hearted, compassionate care taker for your fur baby. You won't be disappointed !

I didn't feel rushed off the phone and he even called to follow up with me. It's not hard for a company to have a polished look and seem like a good choice - but few actually stand apart from the rest. I have 100% faith in the care Bill and his team provide. The pricing is fair, the software they use is user friendly and makes everything super easy when it comes to requesting visits, paying online and knowing exactly how my dogs visit went. Best of all they use EMPLOYEES! This is a big perk when you're looking for a business that you can trust because with employees they're able to train the staff and have more control and accountability. I like that they have a team because no matter how short of a notice my visit is, I'll know Violet always has someone available to look after her. I happened upon Pet Limo on Groupon, and called Ceci to find out about boarding services for my Nala. Her boarding is very reasonably priced and even though I contacted her by phone, and for more time than the Groupon offered, she honored the Groupon rate. The day before I dropped off Nala, I went by to see where she'd be sleeping and spending her days. I was expecting for her to be kenneled the entire time. I was pleased to see that Ceci has roomy accommodations for the pets she boards, in the AC, and a back yard where she lets them out to play. Nala seemed to enjoy her time with Ceci, she seemed to bond with her over her 4 day stay. When I picked her up, I was very happy to see my dog had been treated with love and care. I would recommend Ceci, in a heartbeat, to any pet owners, and will be using her services again in a few weeks when I move, so Nala had a nice place to stay while my family and I get settled in.

My dogs had been in their kennels for over 12 hours, were sitting in their own urine and feces, and were panting and clearly anxious. My immediate concern was getting them somewhere they could be taken out, cleaned up, and made comfortable. Meanwhile, I was on the phone with my husband, who was struggling to get our rabbits released from customs. I was visibly overwhelmed, but that did not justify the driver speaking to me in a condescending, rude, and confrontational manner. He seemed concerned only with delivering his instructions--information already emailed to me that I had taken the time to read and understand. He told me, in substance, that all he cared about was making sure he gave me the information so I could not later say he had failed to explain the process. I understand that procedures need to be explained. But that can be done respectfully while also listening to a customer's urgent concerns about distressed animals. For nearly $4,000, we expected professionalism, compassion, and reassurance during the handoff for the required CDC process. Instead, I felt lectured and dismissed at the end of an already exhausting journey. The other professional staff members we dealt with were friendly and helpful, and I appreciate their assistance. My complaint specifically concerns the driver's conduct during the airport pickup.
