Chef Eric brings all of the ingredients and a lot of his own supplies- he just needs a working stove/oven and a bit of fridge space to work his magic! He brought some of his own fancy plateware for the main course and dessert, and used our forks, drink ware and other plates. In terms of timing, he arrives about 1-1.5 hours before service to set up and get ready. For service, he brought out fresh utensils and presented each dish to us! We're big foodies and he was nice enough to answer some of our questions about the food, technique, and his background. My partner and I started with a little gem salad that was truly stunning and delicious! My partner mentioned it was the best food to be served on our plates! The salad was then followed by a warm and yummy spring pea and asparagus risotto. I had the roasted chicken roulade stuffed with herbs with romesco sauce and veggies, and my partner had the steak au poivre with pomme puree and veggies. Both of these were great but we both agreed the steak was our fav! For dessert, we had the strawberry shortcake which was "not too sweet" and a perfect and light way to end the night! What delighted us the most was that Chef Eric had cleaned the whole kitchen (loaded the dishwasher, cleaned the stove, emptied the dish rack), AND PROVIDED LEFTOVERS! Seriously so stoked to eat more of the salad and strawberry shortcake. All in all, this was an awesome experience and we would definitely contact Chef Eric again for another dinner!

We could not be happier with the recommendation as the appetizers and entrées were absolutely stunning -- both in flavor and aesthetics! Our biggest difficulty was choosing dishes from his diverse catalog of offerings since they all sounded delicious. He was also very accommodating and made various adjustments to account for particular food allergies that some of our guests had (without compromising on flavor at all). For appetizers, we chose: - Pepper-Crusted Seared Ahi Tuna (Seka Hills EVOO, Sicilian Pesto, Herbs) - Ratatouille Tarts (Puff Pastry, Seka Hills EVOO, Parmigiano Reggiano) - Pistachio Flatbread (Onion, Burrata, Honey, and Chili Oil -- this one was a extra-huge hit with all guests) For dinner, we started with a Local Harvest Salad (Farm Vegetables, Fruit, Vinaigrette, Cheese, and Nuts -- plating was particularly beautiful for the salad), and had three entrée options: - Wagyu New York Steak (Imperial American Wagyu, Roasted Vegetables, Marinated Portobello Mushrooms, Potato Galette, and Red Wine Jus) - Signature Duck (Mary's Crusted Duck Breast, Hind-Quarter Confit, Potato Cake, Charred Vegetables, and Duck Jus) - Roasted Butternut Squash with Cannellini Beans (Charred Vegetables, Marinated Portobello Mushrooms, and Saffron-Rosemary Broth) Throughout our entire wedding and afterwards, guests were telling us how impressed they were and that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! He and his team arrived right on schedule, set up (including silverware and plates) cooked and served outstanding food, provided extremely attentive service, and then cleaned up, leaving the kitchen absolutely spotless (while also deftly navigating a brief power outage!). We cannot recommend Adam Small Cooks highly enough! His food, attention to detail, and service are truly next level. Thank you again for making our wedding so special!

Chef Adam was amazing!!!…read more We celebrated a friend's birthday with 6 people at an Airbnb in Sonoma. We had a six course menu (see below for details) that was excellent! For the vegetarian in the group (me) he was able to whip up a wonderful dish when everyone else was eating halibut. Every single dish was a stand out and the group was so happy with how everything turned out. This was a wish of the birthday girl - to have a private chef and to spend time with her girlfriends. She was blown away by the experience. The 6 course meal included: Fried Baby Artichokes: lemon aioli, herbs, chili oil Flatbread: preserved truffle, pistachios, onion, burrata, honey, chili oil Ash Roasted Beets: kimchi honey, pistachios, ravigote, feta Charred Zucchini Agnolotti: fried sage, brown butter, lemon, pepper, parmigiana Seared Halibut: fennel-potato salad, herbs, haricot vert, preserved truffle champagne sauce Under-Baked Chocolate Cake: Italian meringue, Luxardo cherries, cocoa nibs Also, our kitchen was left spotless! Thanks again Chef Adam for giving us the perfect first day of our trip!

I found it odd that the hot dishes didn't have a warming tray or even a can of sterno to keep the food warm. The food consisted of bruschetta and meatballs. The bruschetta was just okay and the meatballs were tough. Everything noted in the review above is true and accurate to what transpired at the event as both myself and my girlfriend were both part of the guests that not only were served cold food, but we didn't have the option of a chicken entree. I mention the chicken entree only due to the fact that I found out there actually was chicken after the event had ended, but it had actually run out. The other funny thing was when we came through the cafeteria style service we were told "only TWO pieces" of the tri tip entree.

We've tried few options before turning to Viktoria's services and we were greatly rewarded by choosing her. She is a hard working professional and putting her cliends needs ahead of anything else and making impossible to become possible. Her prices are very reasonable and quality of dishes is high. She was very communicative and offered delivery for a very reasonable fee. She was on time and did the set-up exactly how we wanted it. Basically, with all the stuff I was stressing over before the wedding, Full House catering was the one bright spot where I didn't have to stress or worry. The food was delicious, the set up was lovely, and she offered even setting up place settings but we did a buffet setup. Anyway, EVERYONE was complimenting the food (including my mother-in-law, who has very high standards) and asking who catered. I'd order from Viktoria again in a heartbeat and look forward to doing business with her again in the near future.

Food was fresh, portions were generous, and most importantly everything was juicy and delicious. Don't sleep on this place and order through door dash, grub hub, or Uber eats. You can also walk in and order on the kiosk as well and try to meet the chef! Make sure you come earlier in the day or they will sell out. Let's break down the dishes: Hennessy Chicken: Glazed chicken thigh on a bed of rice with veggies and side salad. The chicken was moist, juicy, and full of flavor. Australian Wagyu Steak: Cooked perfectly medium rare on a bed of rice and veggies and served with a Chimichurri sauce that is to die for! I def wanted more sauce because it's too good. Caramelized Pork Belly + Eggs This is your mama's comfort food elevated on another level. Nice and peppery but also sweet. Quail eggs is a nice touch versus your traditional chicken egg. Lovely flavors and very homey. Definitely looking forward to trying the sea bass and other up and coming dishes being added to the menu!

Sweet, flavorful, and sauced just right. The Australian wagyu was delivered and presented on a bed of lettuce, cooked to a perfect medium rare, finished with a savory brown sauce and included an Asian twist of chimmi churry. That combination melts in your mouth and the chimmi churry always keeps your taste buds entertained. Will be coming back for more !
