We rented one of their fancy photo booths for a party because we were sick of all the Selfies going around during our parties. (So selfish!! Lol) Selfies tend to make a party anti-social and NOT fun with little memories savored. I was skeptical to rent another booth because the last company we was a mess. The machine was constantly braking and very difficult to use. We decided to try "A Flying Camera's" booth as a last ditch effort and were extremely pleased. There is no doubt in my mind that this photo booth and the great customer service made the party a hit. We ended up with many cherished memories that would have otherwise been forgotten or lost with Facebook Selfies. Thank you A Flying Camera!!! You are the best in the market! read more

BE WARNED---Easily the most embarrassing and awful experience. They completely dropped the ball for our wedding and it's still unresolved.   0 STARS, but I feel all need to be aware of this experience. Hired them for my WEDDING and they not only gave us the worst picture quality and the session with the camera timer-- THEY COMPLETELY RUINED THE WEDDING BANNER THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO SAY OUR NAME. They used a 2007 high school graduation banner for every single picture that was emailed and publicized to every single guest. I spent time designing and paying for the banner prior to sending it to the Flying Camera Designer....thinking...it was set to go since it was taken care of early enough prior to the wedding. THEN...my coordinator who was on top of it contacted them and tried to get the ball rolling with getting just IN CONTACT with someone about this mortifying situation along with a refund...nothing. Horrible service. Took me, contacting them while international on my HONEYMOON to get them to respond. They said they were waiting on their boss to get back after being out of town for x days. According to that email that was early August. We're now ending August...still haven't heard anything, no refund, no follow up...NOT even our paid for album of guests picture. I'm shocked and beyond upset. I highly discourage any and all couples from believing these 'guarantees' of professionalism and 'great service.' I was so excited about having the Photo-booth at my daughters wedding. They seemed reliable and sounded like they had it all together. As the date arrived, it all went downhill. A wedding day is a very hectic and busy day from start to finish. And to have to worry and wonder where one of your vendors is just makes it worse. Per the contract they were suppose to start at 3:30 and I was told the attendant would arrive 60 to 90 minutes prior to the event start time. Well 2 pm came and went and no photo booth. The last thing I needed to worry about considering the ceremony was to start at 3. Someone from the company sent me a text at 4:06 telling me they wouldn't be able to make it. The attendant was having car problems. And not another word from them. What a disappointment. I couldn't believe that this is how they do business. And to top it off, I had to contact them about a refund which I have yet to receive. Are you kidding me??? I will never recommend this company or use them again. They acted like it was no big deal. Hello!!! This is one of the biggest days in a girls life and you blew it. Thanks for the memory. I hired them for a 30th birthday party. The photobooth and props were fun, and the printing was fast and the quality was good. The attendant was really patient and kind. The book made with copies of everyone's photo strips was great! I really liked how everyone signed and wrote a birthday message next to their strips. It was definitely a nice keepsake. We used A Flying Camera for our wedding last week. The prints were really high quality and the digital copies were provided to us immediately. Packages come with an attendant and a set of fun props. Everyone had a lot of fun with it. If your venue has a wifi connection, guests can even sign up to get their photos emailed to them immediately. One thing to note: the photobooth is ideal for 1-2 people at a time, hard to cram in a larger group into photos. They also are a bit aggressive with the phone calls, but on the flip side, very attentive. Definitely worth it to get a glimpse of your wedding reception, in a perspective that you might not otherwise see! read more

I rented a photo booth from a flying camera for my wedding on February 20, 2016 at the Tahoe Biltmore in Crystal Bay NV. I loved the guest book with the copy of all pictures from the event! We all had so much fun and so many people were impressed (I had guests specifically search us out to tell us how awesome he was!) with our attendant, Eric Hanson, who seemed like he was having as much fun as the rest of us were! I priced checked so many booths and found this one not only offers a full refund if for any reason you need to cancel, But with the friendliest attendants, unlimited prints, so many fun props and the best price around, I would not recommend any other photo booth for your next event! Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. We booked them last minute for our wedding. They helped provide us a package that worked within our budget, and they were extremely responsive on the phone. In addition, they were very flexible to create a customized banner that we liked. I wish I could give this company rave reviews. I attended a beautiful wedding in Las Vegas that had one of these booths. Lots of fun was had by all when taking the pictures. Unfortunately after that we were asked to enter our email address and that is where the fun stopped. The operator of the booth was so rude because I pushed a wrong button when entering my email address. He belittled me and ranted at me in front of the entire group and was crazy mad. It was very humiliating and unnecessary. I am sure this is a great company but I hate to say I could never recommend the Vegas franchise to anyone. read more

We rented a photobooth and flipbook station for a company event. Both were a hit! A Flying Camera took care of the setup and tear down, logo design on the photos, and attendants to manage the booths. Would definitely recommend as a fun addition to a party/event! read more

The initial communication was great. They called me within the hour of my inquiry, came down quite a bit on the price (which was still more than other companies I checked with) they were attentive and contacted me when the second half of my payment was due (before the wedding) The service was average. Not awful, but not outstanding either. Our disappointment stems from the fact that we never received our CD of images from our wedding, which was part of our contract. Which unfortunately I did not remember until we just recently received our wedding ceremony photos and video (from the other companies we used) So I emailed A Flying Camera asking about it. No response. A week later I tried again, received a response (days later) saying they had (allegedly) sent it out 3 days after the wedding to the address on file. I asked if it would be possible to have them resend it or even email me the files so that I could download them, and asked which address was it sent to. They replied that they delete the files a month after the event and since they had not heard from me they assumed i received them. I again asked which address they had sent the CD to and still have not received a response. I'm disappointed, perhaps I should have done their job for them and contacted them during our honeymoon to see about the CD, though I'm sure I wouldn't have received a response. All in all, I would not recommend A Flying Camera, their customer service is lacking, I mistook their eagerness to make the sale for good quality customer service.
