This is the second time I have used Youngblood Custom Painting for my house in Sunriver Oregon and it's even better the second time around. The first time I had them do the exterior of my house (it's log siding so they use a special oil). Not only was the price right ...the quality of the work was beyond my expectations. The owner of the company (Lewis) came back month's later just to make sure everything still looked good. Now that's great service! This year I had them complete the house exterior and interior, as well as my detached garage. Same great experience, value, and results. Lewis is a perfectionist when it comes to his work. He expects great work from his team, treats them well, and it really shows. This is a great company with sound values and I highly recommend them to anyone. (He also does great contracting work for things you need done around the house)

They were pretty…read morebooked, but said they would move us up on their schedule if the weather was bad (since most of their work was exterior and we wanted interior). It seemed like it was impossible, but the next morning we woke up to dark rainy skies and a call from Lewis! They had the paint and were on their way! We were beyond thrilled! (So great to get it done before we moved anything in!) They were so efficient, courteous, and friendly! The house had been painted a variety of wild DARK colors, so some of the walls had to be primed but they took it in stride and got it done in just a couple of days. Lewis the owner, was amazing. He came back and made sure we were happy, he touched up details himself, and even brought in a crew to be sure everything was cleaned up before we moved the furniture in. He knew local people who he could refer us to for any special work we needed done, and honestly, his cost was very reasonable. We have given his name and cards out to many people -- he is a pleasure to work with, and a good guy that you might just be fishing next to here in Central Oregon!

He's painted the…read moreexterior of two of my houses--my personal home and my Airbnb--and both times, his work was exceptional. He's meticulous, professional, and truly takes pride in what he does. Not only was the quality of his painting the best, but after seeing what we had chosen, he made some slight recommendations that he thought might look better together and would age well overtime given Bend's environment. He showed us examples in the neighborhood of paint colors that don't work in Bend because they don't hold up and they show dirt and fading from the sun. My husband and I, and the two co-owners of our Airbnb all loved the paint colors Brian helped us choose. One of the co-owners of our Airbnb put himself through college painting houses and has a critical eye when it comes to painting. He, too, was impressed with Brian at every turn. Brian's eye for detail and design made a stunning difference. It's rare to find someone who is both skilled, artistic, genuinely invested in making sure the finished product looks perfect, and shows up and works hard until the job is done. We give Brian Paez the highest recommendation to anyone looking for a reliable, talented painter. Tina Stupasky and Bryan Lessley

Not only did their bid use the very best grade of Sherwin-Williams paints but, their attention to every little detail, quality of their workmanship and punctuality in getting the project completed in a very timely manner were all top notch! The entire crew of three were very professional, courteous and friendly too. We highly recommend Paint Pro's of Central Oregon!

This year, last week, we used the same crew to complete the painting after we added 215 feet across the back yard. We are now fully fenced, much to the chagrin of the deer. Just as last year, JP provided a reasonable bid, ordered and delivered the paint, and his crew - Eric and Marco and a newbie - dod the majority of the painting and masking, and they did a fine job. Five stars is more than reasonable for the job they did - prompt, courteous, easy to deal with and a really nice, professional job.

These guys painted our custom built home and paid no attention to detail when prepping their work…read more All finish nails showed through the painted trim. When we pointed this out, they agreed to fix it. However that was not the case and still are showing. I have built 3 homes and never had a worse interior trim paint job. They agreed to do additional work for our builder and they were in dispute over the amount they were paid because of extras that were not done with written change orders. We offered to pay a bonus at the end of the job if they fixed the issues we saw and when they didn't fix the trim we told them we were done with them and, of course, weren't paying them any more money than they were already paid by our builder. Not even six months later, we had tons of cracking and caulking failing at the joining edges of the trim. They agreed to come out to look at it and also had their paint rep from Miller paints come look at what was happening. The rep agreed the caulking was failing or they didn't apply it thick enough to have elasticity. Dylan, the owner, initially said he would come back and warranty the work but they were busy. We waited patiently for months, asking intermittently, but they delayed us. Finally, Dylan got Back to me and said they weren't going to warranty the work they completed prior because we essentially didn't pay the bonus. The contract clearly stated all changes to work that impacted the cost would be done in writing and that they warrantied there work for a year(the standard). However , Dylan's word means nothing and half his crew were baked stoners who could barely talk when they got dropped off from lunch because they were so high. Since this, I have research their license which has been suspended. We are filing a contractors board complaint and he was dodgy to not accept the certified mail notice of filing. Do yourself a favor, don't use these guys. They have no pride in their own work and don't care about their rep. These guys contacted me and said my photos weren't taken from normal viewing angles so it was being too picky. I've added some more, you be the judge.
