Snyder Brothers Construction is the best general contracting company I've ever encountered. They…read moreare a local family owned and operated business and offer world class contracting services. I found them here on Yelp along with about 20 other contractors and contacted them for a project in a commercial building. Of all the contractors I contacted Snyder Bros was the most professional and by far the most customer service oriented. The showed up to the job site the next morning, conducted themselves in a very friendly and professional manner and then sent me a quote the next day. For this level of service I expected the quote to be astronomically high; it wasn't. In fact, of all the quotes I received for this job they were one of the lowest. They completed the job quickly and cleanly and handled several changes in job scope with ease. All of their workers were knowledgeable, friendly and presentable. The job site was always clean, safe and orderly and the value of the service overall was much higher than the actual cost. I have since recommended them to several friends, businesses and anyone else who has any kind of building or remodeling project to tackle and use them for work on my personal home. If you want more details about my experience or need a recommendation for a project proposal feel free to PM me through Yelp. EDIT: I forgot to mention in my review that Snyder brothers handled pulling all of the permits with the city and dealt with the inspectors.

A lady by the name of Maria?(I think that's her name) showed up promptly and even texted me when she was 30 min from my rental property to make sure someone was home or a key was left. It took her about 2.5 hours to clean my condo-it was pretty gross from the previous renter. After she was done I was almost in tears of how great the place looked!! She brought it back to life. I'm very picky!! I can clean but I did not have time to clean as I was only in town for a few days and had a lot of business to take care of but she did not leave one corner untouched!!! Unfortunately, my client took all of the information Ibo shared with how to do what was needed and had a family member do the work. So, we didn't use him at that time due to circumstances outside of my control. Then again, about 5 months ago I had another Commercial Kitchen building owner I was helping deal with a very dated and unre-certifiable kitchen space a COVID bankrupted tenant moved out of and left us a bit of a mess. After calling around, I was reintroduced to Ibo at that time. He was again, extremely knowledgeable and cost effective in the improvements he suggested, and came in on time and on budget. Best of all, we found a wonderful new tenant that signed a lease and got approval from the Santa Clara County Health Department on the FIRST INSPECTION! I was very nervous about the inspection for reasons I won't go into, but Ibo knows what the rules are, and how to get it done in the most cost effective way...and held my hand through the process after he was done with the work. I will definitely recommend Ibo to others for all types of construction work. You can have confidence that he will deliver what he says...and stand behind it as well.

We recently completed a major renovation involving structural changes--removing three walls, raising ceilings, and reconfiguring doors and windows. The result is an amazing great room that is open, light, and beautiful. Even in areas like the laundry and powder bath where the footprint stayed the same, the design makes them feel significantly larger. One of the most impressive aspects was their guaranteed completion date. They hit the mark perfectly; had they gone over, they would have actually credited us money back. From the design phase to the final finishes, the team was professional and communicative. As someone who is on construction sites often for my own work, I've seen the havoc 'low bid' contractors can cause. Any perceived savings are usually lost to time overages or poor quality. D.R. Domenichini is the opposite. Even our neighbors commented on the consistent progress, noting that work continued every week, even through the holidays. We've been back in our home for a few months now, and I still reflect daily on how happy I am with the quality and layout. We highly recommend them!
