Not much to write home about. Disappointed to say the least. We were not even greeted when we entered the store.

I had a map framed for my sister for Christmas. It was beautifully done with excellent service. Love this store!

I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves one. Please excuse my length. They went above and…read morebeyond for me, but did so in a way that makes me believe they would do the same for any customer that walks in the door. After this experience, I know where all of mine and my businesses printing and framing needs will be taken care of from now on. Here it is: The Print Shop handled a couple important projects and needed them done quickly, and they delivered. I came in with three prints, all distinctly different. One was a signed photo of five living presidents, which they helped me create a custom frame for. The photo, a gift for my roommate, is one of a kind in terms of dimensions, and I had been all over the place trying to get a frame for it unsuccessfully. Not only were they able to build the frame I needed, they added a beautiful red, white, and blue backdrop. My roommate absolutely loved his gift. The Print Shop staff were so curious about the photo and genuinely engaging in talking about it. The second was a print for my business, which I needed put on canvas to display in the lobby. I get compliments all the time on the print, so again, all credit is due to them. The third item may be the most important in forming my opinion of The Print Shop. It was a gag gift for a gift exchange, so I just needed a good frame, but not too expensive of one. I picked one out that I liked and we started to measure the dimensions. I was fully prepared to pay for the frame I had picked out (somewhere around $55 I think). Once the measurements were done, Becky, the employee helping me with all of this, stopped me and said she had an idea. She went to the clearance rack and found me a frame that worked. It wasn't as nice as the one we had originally picked out, but once she realized it was for a gag gift, she encouraged me away from the custom frame and we found one that worked for about $20. This showed me that above all, Becky was concerned with meeting my needs, not simply making the sale. Bottom line - it is clear that this business is run by and full of people who love what they do, and those are the kinds of companies I enjoy bringing my business to.

I couldn't be happier with the job the Frame & Print Shop did for me! The staff were genuinely…read moreinterested in my project and are clearly experts at their craft. I brought in three prints, each in a different color palette, that I wanted coordinated to hang in my kitchen. Ash was a great listener and spent a lot of time matching just the right matte color to the content and finding a frame that brought them together and made them look like they belonged in that particular room. I love how they look!

I showed Ms. Shirley what I had, and she helped me select a suitable matting and frame that complemented the style and theme of the waterfall picture. As that nature scene reminds me of my grandparents, it has great sentimental value and hangs in a place of honor now. The value of her expertise in restoring this picture means a lot to me and was definitely worth the cost. I have another nostalgic scene I hope to have reframed soon too.

It has hung in my house and the frame was all wrong, but I did not know why. I had wanted to reframe it, but I felt if I did not know what I wanted why bother? Shirley immediately explained what I could not articulate regarding the relationship of the frame to the art. She helped me to work through possible selections to find what I liked and helped me to understand why it worked. She showed me selections that on the surface I would have said no way, that frame is ugly, but when she paired it up with another frame it allowed the art to sing. Highlighting the art is the function of the frame. I really respect the fact that she never said I like this one best, or I don't like that one, but helped me to see each with my art and what feature each enhanced. She was full of tricks including showing me how to hold my hands to fool my brain into seeing what it would look like with different frame setups. Shirley is an artist, not only in traditional art but also in the art of framing. This is where you want to go with anything that has meaning or value to you to be framed. This is a place that will help you find what you like or want when you don't know what you want. You can trust her with your heirloom because it never leaves her store and she understands what it means to you. You will never get this kind of help or service in a chain location. This store exemplifies why small businesses are the best. I am a little gushy here, but I am more than pleased with the final result.

This is double framed, with the glass on the inner frame so the art is almost shadow boxed. This allows the luminescenc of work to shine.
