She was full of tricks including showing me how to hold my hands to fool my brain into seeing what it would look like with different frame setups. First off, despite making a fairly minor mistake that caused an initial price quote substantially lower than the final price, the owner was adamant about sticking with the initial lower price with no indication he wanted or would accept the actual, higher price. Second, not only was a provided with a finished product that great pride was obviously taken in making, but a substantial amount of time was spent recommending the best methods for hanging my mirrors, and multiple hanging devices (included some smaller ones for other picture frames in addition to the ones meant for my mirrors) and even a small level were provided free of charge. The owner even offered to come to my home and assist me in hanging the mirrors free of charge, and showed me some handy tricks for maximizing the life and appearance of the mirror. Cannot recommend highly enough.
