Today I picked up my custom frame job and it's PERFECT. PERFECT! The owner of this store is friendly, professional, and she does great work. It's worth the price. April 2025 i brought a 2011 Audi, i purchased everything thru their sales guy Ron Monk, Test drove…read morethe truck, everything was fine during the test drive. Everything seemed ok during the purchase. Once i drove off the lot with the truck, the check engine light came on, i immediately reached out and spoke with Heather. She instructed me to bring the truck back that Friday, so i did. Got there Friday Morning, And was met by Ron, who had no idea i was bringing the truck back, and was slightly confused because their mechanics don't work on Friday's so i was told. Anywho he later found a mechanic there to do a diagnostic. They did that never told me what the issue was, but assured me they would reach out to me when the part came in, a week or so goes by, i called them to see what the hold up for the part, Again Ron Monk, instructed me to not drop the truck off, that Wednesday, but the Mechanic wouldn't be in the shop that Thursday and they don't work on Friday's or the weekend and he didn't want me to be without a vehicle. So i was told drop the vehicle off that Monday morning and under the impression that it would only take a day for they vehicle to be fixed. Dropped it off Monday morning, never heard anything back about my vehicle until two- three days later and i was then met with the mechanic who was very disrespectful and rude. He wouldn't answer any questions i had or how i was to be without a vehicle, then told me that the information that he provided they should have told me and then later said well they wouldn't know to tell me because he didn't tell them. They kept the vehicle over a month. June 4, 2025, Ron monk reached out to me saying that Saul had fixed the vehicle, and was going to restart everything and restart the deferred my first month payments and i was able to pick the vehicle up .. later that day i picked the vehicle up drove the truck to the gas station. Check engine light comes back on. I reached back out to them for a week and half attempt to let them know even Emailed Ron with pictures, No response back . Until the truck eventually gave out on me two weeks after i picked it back up from them. Not one time did i talk to sail, not one time did he offer to give me another vehicle, due to their lack of communication, lack of service, any time i would try to speak to SAUL he was either never in the building or out on a vacation, i wouldn't recommend anybody to purchase anything from them. They are dishonest people and nobody deserves to be played with especially when its their first time purchasing anything from them. And Ron Monk would never put saul on the phone and Needless to say He always told me that Saul wouldnt even consider giving me a refund of $1800
