Awful experience…read more My son's instructor talked on the phone while "teaching" him how to drive. This happened multiple times including one incident where she was yelling on the phone to someone. And then, during my son's "instruction" time, the instructor decided to run into the store while my son was still in the driver's seat of the vehicle. She was on the clock and I was paying them while she did this. I called 2020 and have spoken to a manager and the owner. The manager said I could get a refund while the owner said he was "unable to issue a refund". I am still trying to get a resolution here... This place is chaotic and unprofessional. Go somewhere else to save money and a headache!
