My trainer is Ciaran , who has been an incredible teacher. After the first day, I felt more comfortable about coming to train. Ciaran is very patient, guiding me through this process , taking notes as to my ability, always giving positive feedback in my progress. His attitude and ability to train someone like myself (over the age of 60!) has improved my confidence in my ability to "get in shape" ! I've been sharing the experience with others I interact with as well...encouraging everyone, no matter what your current body shape is...there's hope here! No intimidation what so ever!
