My dear friend from Willmington NC. sent me a flower arrangement for Valentines Day. Well I was very shocked when I saw the arrangement!! My friend is let me say very well off, and would not ever send something like this to someone. Arrangement was FULL OF FILLER GREENERY AND BABIES BREATH, and this itself was very old looking not fresh at all it had 2 pink Carnations, 3 Red Roses the Roses didn't have thorns or sign of thorns. It had long brown stick looking stems,and 2 bloomed Lillies. It had may 2 more Lillie's ( just some buds that I hope bloom. I know my friend payed a pretty penny, that is not even worth an ugly penny. I know she got taken , ripped off!! They need to close their business. I really feel most reviews were written by owner, and family members. Who talks about symmetry and type of flowers used in boxed I feel they owe me another fresh arrangement. read more

I was given suggestions that were right for the occasion. I chose a plant in a stunning angel vase. Not only did I get superb service and a great price on the arrangement, but I was able to spin a wheel in a special promotion and win a prize! How AMAZING is that!! What a stunning arrangement! I can't tell you how perfectly it fit me. I love plants & "piddling" with them; however, due to drought, I decided to plant not a single new one this year (and then we got good rain lol) & just enjoy & tend to the ones I have. My first day in the hospital I 1/2 woke from a heavily medicated nap to see such a friendly, smiling man delivering this. I couldn't believe how "me" it is, full of such a variety of unbelievably healthy & beautiful plants from which I can propagate more! The planter is lovely, too. Only negative is that A Dreamweaver Florist is about 1.5 hours from me. I do not gush in reviews unless it is deserved, and it certainly is here. Thank you so much, y'all! My 2020 mothers day tulips were beautiful as ever, pink, purple, yellow. received them on Thursday and they are still alive a week later. just add more water and keep the stems trimmed they will last way longer. read more

My employer sent me flowers for the passing of my father. We went out of town on a Friday and it happened to be the same day that they delivered the arrangement. They rang the doorbell and left the arrangement on the doorstep. My neighbor found them the next day with the majority of the arrangement being dead. I did call them back and I am happy to say that they did make it right by redoing the beautiful bouquet of flowers and delivering it again. I would recommend this company. Late one afternoon I realized I had not ordered flowers for family funeral. The rosary was to be held within hours. I thought about the florists I usually use & how disappointed I had been with their final products. With the help of Yelp I was able to select a florist I thought may be able to help in my dilemma. I went in last Valentines Day because I was nearby and didn't want to fuss with HEB. I was able to choose ready made in the box floral arrangements even though they were extremely busy. It even had a box of Godiva Chocolates included , so on my momma's 90th birthday I cruised by and ordered a floral arrangement, man, it' outstanding beautiful and exemplifies that I really LOVE her a lot. I ordered a Floral Arrangement from this company to be delivered to our hotel as a surprise to my wife for our 39th Anniversary. When the flowers were delivered it was totally the wrong arrangement. I ordered an arrangement for $170.00 (Golden Days) and the one delivered was listed for $120.00 (Golden Anniversary) on the company's website. Instead of delivering the floral arrangement I chose to surprise my wife with, this company took it upon themselves to send a cheaper floral arrangement. They decided what flowers my wife should have for our anniversary, while charging me the full price of my choice of arrangements. They charged me $170.00 for a $120.00 product - unacceptable.. I was unable to call in the mistake, until the next day, since my wife was right there with the flowers and we had dinner arrangements. The company resolution was to credit me back $50.00 to my credit card. So I only pay $120.00 (the full price of the wrong arrangement). The employee I talked with on this matter could not understand they had overcharged me $50.00 for the actual wrong flowers they delivered, and that by giving me the refund off my original order, they were not correcting their mistake. He became short & curt with me as he failed to understand what I was trying to explain to him and ended the conversation with 'Do whatever you feel you must do'. This company has lost a customer for good. I will not use this florist again nor can I in good faith recommend this business to others. read more

Very unprofessional when there was a problem with my order and refused to take responsibility. They even lied about trying to call me to resolve the matter. When I was finally able to get in touch with someone, they wouldn't let me speak and weren't interested in hearing my concerns. When I was finally able to explain the problem, they were quick to cut me off and hang up. They may do good work for some people, but their unprofessionalism and poor customer service are enough to never recommend using them. read more

Here is an update to the florist situation. Yes, my sister did receive a refund. But, the owner of the establishment refused to speak to her. Instead felt that a phone to phone conversation was not in his/her scope of responsibilities and instead relayed messages through a employee. Doesn't seem very professional to not want to take care of this business situation. Seems cowardly and shady. I am guessing that the establishment must get a lot of angry calls and the owner is no longer in the mood to hear them? After all this, I would not do business with them. If they can't get the order right, then want you to refuse delivery in order to receive a refund (even though their website says you have 10 days from receipt to get a refund), then refuse to rectify the situation, I would say that they can do without me and others not using them. read more
