They contacted me immediately, arranged to have the dog treated at a local vet, took my dog there and stayed after hours making sure she woke up well after anesthesia. Then, they contacted me frquently, sending me updates and photos of my dog. They REALLY went the extra mile and I am extremely grateful and impressed. I always felt good leaving my dogs here, but I fell 100% secure they will always receive the best care.

Several of them looked poorly cared for, and the overall atmosphere gave the impression that basic attention and upkeep are not a priority here. I do t know how many you are allowed to keep in there but the little ones are stacked in crates on top of each other and the big ones are in larger kennels but the kennels are in a space so tight a human can barely walk through. No wonder you won't let people come in due to "COVID-19". Sure. I asked to go in when I dropped him off since it was the first time for us, but was told it was a "state order". He was super fluffy which disguised the fact that none of the items were done except for a bath. He had two big mats under his tail and his privates needed a lot of trimming. No sanicut was evident and his coat although very fluffy still had many "cowlicks" sticking out. It doesn't appear that any hair removal other than some furmanator on his back , was done at all. Although we were a little disappointed the first time we had him there this time was the last time. Never again will we go back to them.
