Our babies pull us to the door and get excited when they get there. It's always an uneasy feeling to leave your fur babies behind when you go out of town, but Camp Bow Wow puts my mind at ease. Adding pictures of my babies Bleu (Frenchie) and Chubb (Boston Terrier) so we don't get lost! FYI the sleeping pictures are of them when they get home! They are exhausted!

I wish they had more of a selection of cat shampoo instead of limited selection to choose from when shampoo is needed that is hard to find elsewhere. Cassidy is always a helpful person when I come in to the store and ask for assistance. Cassidy always asked how the customer day is which is a nice thing to do when greeting a customer coming in and checking out and leaving the store. They have a lot of selections of pet food to choose from your dog or cat. Even dog beds, collars, harnesses, cat litter, cat litter boxes and live animals such as fish and others.

Made an early morning appointment for grooming on my way to work. Another store employee let me in…read morebecause they weren't open yet. I walk into grooming. I stand there waiting on somebody to come from the back. Nobody comes. I pressed the little call button and I can see them through the window in the back. Still Nobody comes or acknowledges that I'm there. I walk out of the grooming salon to the cashier and ask Somebody go back there and tell them I'm standing here. They go back there and I waited another 10 or 15 minutes and my dog who already has anxiety, has managed to pee and poop on the floor. I clean it up. STILL NOBODY comes!! Finally 36 minutes after my scheduled appointment, the lady comes from the back and says unfortunately you were late and we can't accommodate you today. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! In this economy, I work way too hard for my hard earned money to be disrespected like that. THEY WILL NEVER get my business again!

I can't imagine life without having worked with Carolyn to train my dog, Ollie. She helped make…read moresure Ollie was well behaved both on leash and off. We started with a series of weekly Zoom meetings to practice leash skills before moving to in-person classes to practice off-leash skills. Carolyn would leave us with things to practice during the week and followup with an article that provided extra information in writing. Then the next week, we'd demonstrate how well the new skills were coming, she'd offer feedback, and then we'd move on to the next body of skills. By the end of the classes, I felt comfortable taking Ollie to the park for hikes or the beach for walks. I lean on her training and email advice when tackling new skills like heeling alongside the bike. And to say one more thing: she is developing a very strong community of well behaved off leash dogs that meet regularly for group walks and dog to dog socializing. I never imagined this is the training or community I would leave with when engaging Carolyn for training. I simply wanted a dog that wouldn't jump on visitors, now I have a dog that I can confidently take on trips and out to lunch. I'm forever grateful!

After just one lesson, I learned what I could do to reduce her anxiety, and WOW what a difference in Molly. We only needed one lesson, and within weeks, Molly's behavior had improved so drastically that she was able to go to group play and not snap at other dogs! On walks, she no longer pulls or barks at other dogs. In the house, she's no longer a maniac! Thanks to Carolyn, Molly can relax! We join Carolyn on her group walks--a great time for Molly to socialize and mind her manners while learning to ignore distractions. She sent us home with medicine and instructions. The bill was reasonable for treatment. Kitty started to get better and we were happy. But then two days later, Dr Morrison called to check on her patient! I was so pleasantly surprised! I highly recommend Town and Country, as well as Dr. Morrison!
