This service is a mobile bet care service where she comes to hiuThis is absolute what I needed during the COVID pandemic, I was looking for a way to groom my dog which would not expose me or my family to people. Our immediate thought was that we could groom our dog on our own; hence the before picture. What that picture doesn't show is the blood from when we tried to clip his nails ourselves. I hated that that happened because I knew that he was in pain and we had to put the cone of shame to keep him from licking it. A few weeks later my neighbor gave me this recommendation. I contacted Brandy via Facebook messenger. She answered in less than a day and told me what she needed and her rates. I told her what had happened with someone in my house trying a home made grooming and she completely understood, but did not make me feel bad about it. I asked her to keep me in mind when she made her way to my neighborhood. She contacted me about 4days later and I made an appointment. I was able to pay her ahead of time and tell my husband that he would not have to trim the dog, again. It worked out perfect she showed up on time and trimmed him all up. I am on active duty and deployed oversees so, knowing that my dog would not have to experience a home hair/nail trim was a big relief. The best part, is that I knew that I would have him groomed up and back in the house without having him in a random crate with other dogs nearby; like in other pet groomers.

As they hadn't responded on Friday I sent an email asking if they had received the certificates and if they were still scheduled for Saturday. Their response on Friday was Yes we are all set. On Saturday, there is no show, and I did not receive any communication. Saturday night I emailed to ask what happened. Received response on Sunday morning that they had said Saturday or Sunday (not true), they did not have my address, but they could do it on Sunday. I sent my address, stated Sunday after 10:30 was fine. No response. No show, no communication. Needless to say, I do not recommend this business as they are unreliable.

They offer a military discount which is always appreciated and being so close to the airforce base they stay busy. My pup usually gets nervous before grooming appointments, but he always comes out wagging his tail and looking happier than ever. I was immediately impressed by how welcoming, professional, and detail-oriented the team at Posh Paws is. They are appointment only and run a tight ship. If you are late they may or may not take you and you can possibly be charged a late fee. Coco is a Miniature Schnauzer and we like to keep him groomed with a Schnauzer cut. This is hands down the best consistent groomer that we have had where his cut is perfect everytime. If you have a high maintenance pup like us or just prefer for someone else to groom your fur baby, I highly recommend Posh Paws Pet Grooming.

They also were unable to get her nails trimmed properly. The experience with Posh Paws was like night and day. She is incredibly cleaner (folks notice how "shiny" she is now), they managed to get the nails down to very reasonable lengths, and she was just so happy afterwards. We had to put our 14 year old dog, Bruiser, down. Needless to say we were attached to him…read more He was struggling to breathe, had difficulty standing to go to the bathroom, to find his water, etc. We had water in every corner of the house for him since he had difficulty walking. We brought him water when he was lying down. He was miserable. We called Riverside Animal Hospital told them his condition and they saw us that morning. We were not regular customers. We had just moved to Macon. Our daughter had taken her dogs there. So we were sure they were good doctors and chose them. They were compassionate, kind, gentle with Bruiser and discussed everything before we proceeded. They examined Bruiser and came to the same conclusion we had. When they handled him they were very gentle with him. After he passed they prepared him for burial. We wanted to take him and bury him next to his sister. Who we had lost a year before. She had died lying in the bed with us. Bruiser missed her. As did we. If you are in search of compassionate, knowledgeable, professional veterinarians choose Riverside Animal Hospital. We would highly recommend them. The facility is clean and the vets are top notch.
