This place is amazing! If you are living between coxwell to spadina don't waste your time with any other day care. My dog has been going there for few weeks now and I'm just so happy for everything they have offered us (from convenient hours to friendly welcoming staff)! I have never felt like this about any other dog walker or daycare and I have a 110Ib lab husky rescue which is not the most typical type of dog you would find at every day care! I like this place because is clean, no dog smell, is bright. This is a good and convenient place to bring my dog. The place is a little loud when you go in, but then the dogs settle down (one or two minutes) is when I ask Molly about how my dog is doing, specially because my dog is a rescued, has some anxiety issues and we are trying to get her more use to dogs (socialize her). Molly also gives us advise and tips on behavior. I have tried other day cares, but some smell not so clean, my dog comes back home and we have to give her a bath. Other places are too dark and you cannot see inside. Other places wont accept your dog if it barks.... hellooooo they are dogssssss.... Is like telling a talkative person, hey dont talk for 5-7 hours, but you can play or interact with others .... (lets see how that goes) A Dogs life is never crowded so no appointment necessary, that's a must for me as I sometimes forget calling ahead. But to be fair, I try messaging before bringing my dog. Awesome doggie daycare and so much more! Molly and the entire staff will make sure your dog is fully taken care of... When I was first getting a dog, I knew my crazy work schedule was going to require some additional puppy-love... THIS team is amazing!!! They say it takes a village, and these are the folks you want in your corner. My puppy (and now dog) has an amazing opportunity to socialize with other dogs, "get her beans out" and learn good dog behaviour from other wise dogs. In addition, for all the working folks out there, they offer really flexible pick-up and drop off times and drivers. And when you need to go away for a night, a week, a few more, it has been awesome also. Because my pup goes right from daycare, to Molly's home, where she has her own dogs and often ones boarding too! No weird, strange kennels or small cages, just the people and dogs she knows in a home... Can't recommend it enough! read more

I'm a single guy with a 12 yr old vizsla. Anyone who knows the breed, knows they're a lot of work and we've gone to many dog daycares over the years in Seattle, Boston and New York. A Dog's Life is one of the best. Molly cares so much about each and every dog that goes there. And Alisha who is one of the main wranglers there is soooo sweet with the canine population. My dog is sick with oral cancer and Molly didn't even flinch about looking after him when I had to travel for work. Highly recommend you check this place out. read more

I can not speak highly enough about the quality of Molly and her team. I adopted a rescue husky puppy, and Molly and Alicia have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure he's well looked after every day. Simba comes home every day tired, happy and cared for. Because he's young, they take individual care of him at times, watch how much he plays, and that he gets his lunch every day. Suffice it to say Simba loves daycare - he pushes the front door open every morning! Molly has also been awesome in terms of providing me with tips for helping ensure Simba's well adjusted and happy in his forever home. This daycare is great! I had to put one of my dogs down this past summer and my other dog, Ollie, now suffers from separation anxiety. He is excited to go to A Dog's Life in the mornings and is happy and tired at the end of the day, after playing with his new friends! I can't recommend Molly and her amazing team of sitters enough. We've been using her dog sitting services for about a year, she has been very accommodating of my old dog's needs (she has arthritis so can't get up and down stairs, is anxious around energetic dogs in her old age, and HATES cats). Because she has a wonderful team of sitters she has always been able to accommodate our sitting requests. She checks in with us regularly while we're away and is very attentive to our old girl. We've used the daycare services once or twice and have always found Molly and her staff to be friendly, informative, attentive and professional. I would trust Molly and her team at A Dog's Life with my dog's life. Not a statement I take lightly. It is the BEST daycare I have ever seen in the city of Toronto... or even the suburbs where I used to live. My dog has been going there for three years now, since she was 11 weeks old and still loves it. A Husky, she requires a lot of stimulation and exercise and considers it her job to "go to work" at A Dogs life everyday while I am in the office. It is the cleanest day care I have ever seen, the happiest and affordable for downtown Toronto. Everyone who works there loves each of the dogs equally (and dogs all have different quirks), is a natural with animals and I swear must "speak dog".. or have been one in a past life It is amazing how they get all the dogs to become loving family and these dogs all have such different personalities - from the smallest Chihuahua and biggest Great Dane to hyper/timid puppies and older mature dogs they all get along. Skip daily dog walkers that take your dog out for just an hour at lunch and give them the care and love they deserve by bringing them to Mollys. A Dogs Life is truly a life saver. read more
