My father whose older call this company yesterday and was told they would in a few days to set up…read morean appointment. however, the owner called today and spoke to my mother saying he was 15mins away, when she sounded surprised after no appointment being set and then he got smart with her. she tried to apologize and said okay, but he was already in a bad mood. then he showed up at my parents house which is also a well-known established childcare. Not once did this business owner say or disclose to my father how much or if their even was a service charge, until he is standing in the kitchen demanding money and to be paid, when he had only just arrived. my father said I thought you would give me and estimate first, and that's when the owner's entire attitude changed. he instantly raised his voice yelling you knew you would have to pay, my father said you never disclosed that and the owner said I don't have too you should know. that's when I came to try an talk with the owner to figure out the miscommunication and he stated again I'm not leaving until being paid. I told him I am a childcare business and have children present he needed to leave and he said not until I'm paid for wasting my time. I apologized for the miscommunication on my father's part, but he didn't care all he wanted was money for not doing anything. I finally got in to leave the building and go outside so, I could make sure the childcare was safe and children weren't scared. As soon as when all 3 went outside, the owner instantly started cussing us out and yelling, over talking me and wouldn't listen. For the safety of my father and the childcare, I told him if he didn't leave I would call the police, he said fine but I'm writing you up a invoice. even though again this owner did nothing at all, but wanted money. after police were called and and me taking his van photo of him driving off, not waiting for police he then called the business trying to pretend to be someone else then hung up. This entire situation could have been politely discussed and resolved respectfully if this owner would have been professional enough to have a normal conversation about a simple miscommunication of an elderly person, but instead he bullied this elderly man and tried to get money for doing nothing. such a sad world we live in and how people treat or scam older people. I would never recommend this person or company to anyone after this happening to my father and him refusing to leave the childcare and scaring children. just awful.

My former employer, Jamilyn Dulin, along with Illisha Collazo, Misty, Maria, and Jamilyn-Dulin Collazo and her wife--all tied to the ownership or operation of Maids and More--has failed to pay us for over a month of work at Verizon, and we are still owed three months of wages for another job in Marion, IL. Throughout this time, Jamilyn has been repeatedly dishonest with her employees, telling us she couldn't pay due to lack of funds--while taking vacations and citing various hospital visits with no valid documentation. Despite all this, we continued working out of professionalism and good faith. When we finally reported these issues to both the Department of Labor and the company she is currently contracted through, Super Clean, we were wrongfully terminated in retaliation for speaking up. Super Clean has since stated they will be pulling her stores, but in case she posts elsewhere or tries to hire more staff under false pretenses, I wanted to speak out and warn others before they get involved.
