They were pretty booked for the day that I needed this work done but Britney went above and beyond to make sure that she could squeeze me in on their schedule! Talking about going above and beyond that was awesome and I really appreciated that! Larry came out and provided me a quote for doing some work at my house and it was very professional as well. The nice gentleman that came out to do the work was also pretty amazing, I believe his name was Corey, very friendly professional and knowledgeable. He assessed to work carefully and when ahead and put in the weatherhead and the electrical pipe that needed connecting and he made sure that he did the work very cleanly and secure, this is always appreciated and after he left he cleaned up and did a nice job overall. He came to our home today to look at our numerous electrical projects and to prepare an estimate. Update: I can not say enough positive about Premier now. Their technician (Kevin) showed up to the house exactly on time. He parked on the street which kept our driveway freed up. When he came in, the first thing he did was to take off his boots before walking on our floors. I have never met a more positive, knowledgeable and professional service technician. The work he performed was excellent and you'd never know that all of the projects we had done weren't done when the house was first built. It all started by contacting them to get a simple quote their were on time and their price was very competitive. The most impressive part was that Kevin was very patient and extremely knowledgeable about the work that he was quoting and explained step-by-step exactly what he will be doing. After receiving several bids, I went ahead and asked for a quick start and they jumped on the working mediately and finished up in one day! I even had to step out and told Kevin I would be right back and had another contractor show up and Kevin was nice enough to let the contractor know what I needed done since I was not present, this is called going above and beyond! Do not waste your time shopping around, trying to cut corners, go with a credible company that knows what they're doing, experienced and the price was respectful. I am happy! Oh before I forget, after the installation there was a small issue that was a concern, they immediately addressed it and were there right away!
