The nice gentleman that came out to do the work was also pretty amazing, I believe his name was Corey, very friendly professional and knowledgeable. He assessed to work carefully and when ahead and put in the weatherhead and the electrical pipe that needed connecting and he made sure that he did the work very cleanly and secure, this is always appreciated and after he left he cleaned up and did a nice job overall. Based on that information, we contacted Eric at Reitz and he was always professional,courteous, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond the call to service us and do everything that they could to put our mind at ease. We attempted to get initial bids from other electrical contractors, but Reitz was top of the list from the beginning with their responsiveness and pricing. At the end of the troubleshooting which took several months, it was discovered that the problem had always been with a Vectren transformer. and not anything in our house. While extremely frustrating, the Reitz team was highly competent, patient, and worth every penny. There is no other electrical contractor in the Evansville Tri-State that I would recommend.
