The lady that answered was very professional and likable and extremely thorough regarding my needs on electrical work. They were pretty booked for the day that I needed this work done but Britney went above and beyond to make sure that she could squeeze me in on their schedule! Talking about going above and beyond that was awesome and I really appreciated that! Larry came out and provided me a quote for doing some work at my house and it was very professional as well. The nice gentleman that came out to do the work was also pretty amazing, I believe his name was Corey, very friendly professional and knowledgeable. He assessed to work carefully and when ahead and put in the weatherhead and the electrical pipe that needed connecting and he made sure that he did the work very cleanly and secure, this is always appreciated and after he left he cleaned up and did a nice job overall. I asked him who he recommends. He advised in his contractor business, he uses Payne's. I called Payne's and spoke to a very kind lady on the phone around 9am. I informed her of my situation. She advised they had a full day scheduled for the day but she would contact the boss and call me back. I received a return phone call around 1pm. He said they could come right then and get me taken care of. Two gentleman showed up. They both had great personalities and very friendly. They were even more proficient and professional in their skills. An hour and half later I had a new water heater and new valve. The cost was more than fair. I highly recommend this business.
