I went there a week ago for a haircut and got one that was about 90% perfect, but the back was a…read morebit off. So I went back for a redo, just to shorten the back, and got Serenity. I explained the issue with the back in detail, and told her that the haircut was otherwise perfect. Serenity asked if I wanted the sides shorter and I told her that I didn't. Then she had me take off my glasses so she could work, and when I put my glasses back on after she had completely trashed all of my hair. On the right side of my head there is a divot by my ear which is over an inch wide and significantly shorter than the hair either in front or behind it. She shouldn't have been cutting that far forward at all. Serenity is condescending, doesn't listen, and is horrible at her job.
