It was a very simple cut I had shoulder length hair I asked for my hair to be textured and angled forward and a few long layers and trim my bangs, so I wasn't exactly asking for a hairstyle out of cosmopolitan. It looks very good when she was done with it because she was able to do the roll brush and styled it and all that so it looked great but when I had to shampoo it two days later and tried to style it I noticed how horrible it actually was. No texturing at the bottom no angling and my bangs weren't even touched. She left this really weird spot on the left side of my hair that I can't even style I don't know what that's all about. I called and spoke to her about the issues I had and she denied that I even asked for her to do them, which I know is not true because that's the haircut that I go with pretty much anywhere I go so I'm not going to forget... So I have a hair stylist arguing with me about fixing it and I was supposed to come in the next week to get it fixed however during that time frame I found out that my mother had terminal lung cancer and we were with her in the hospital for 3 weeks so obviously my hair appointment was not at the top of my list. I also had to go out of town on a couple of business meetings and this week I am finally able to be home have a break and take a breath so I called to see if I could go ahead and come in and just have her do the fixes which would have only taken maybe 15 minutes. I was told very rudely that I missed an appointment so I was a no-show and I would have to pay for my haircut which ultimately means I'm paying for her mistakes. So if you go to the salon do not see Jenna she is rude doesn't talk to you hardly at all while she's doing your hair and doesn't listen to her customers about what they want done and if you confront her because she made a mistake she acts very defensive and rude. I don't know the other ladies there the one that hadn't answered the phone when I called was super nice. I've been in the type of business now for a long time where sometimes you do break the rules to keep a customer happy so that they keep coming back but apparently that's not her philosophy.     I went to Le Posh for a haircut and color. I asked for my hair to be a few inches below my chin and…read morea dark red/orange color. The color was perfect, but the cut ended up shorter than requested (above my chin). The original stylist refunded me and referred me to another stylist at the salon, Willa, for extensions. I requested braid‑in extensions (natural look) and Willa recommended "Cinderella Hair - Better than a Weft." I'd never had extensions and felt the consultation didn't set clear expectations about how they would look, feel, or the installation process. The install took about four hours. I wasn't facing the mirror during most of it and wasn't given clear chances to approve the blending. After she straightened and blended my hair, Willa immediately curled it and said curling was necessary, even though I'd told her I normally wear my hair straight. When we checked the final result, several extensions were visibly sticking up near the top of my head; she lowered them slightly before I left. I noticed that night that if a curl fell out, you could see my natural length coming through. The next morning, after washing and blow‑drying, the extensions were not blended at all and looked bulky where my natural hair had been thinned (see pictures on their google reviews). I experienced significant scalp pain because the extensions weren't laying flat. I messaged her to have them removed; she initially ignored me (read receipts showed she saw the messages). After I sent a firm message saying I needed same‑day removal or I'd dispute the issue, she said she could get me in on Sunday. I had set a timeline for my hair to be done at the initial consultation and I expressed the pain I was in again and told her that she needed to get me in same-day or I would be going to someone else and she would reimburse me for what they charge to remove. She messaged me a few hours later and fit me in that evening for uninstall. The uninstall took about 20 minutes and she refunded me for the cost of the hair (at my request). I was not reimbursed for the installation fee or tip; she attempted to charge me for coloring the extensions, which I refused, as I was letting her keep the hair. Overall: I was very happy with the color but unhappy with the cut and the extension experience. The consultation and installation for extensions did not set or meet reasonable expectations, left me in pain, and required removal the next day. I am out $180+ dollars and I never received any type of apology. I do not recommend Willa for extensions or cuts, as I think she is too inexperienced to be doing either.
