The place was disgustingly filthy and old however I stayed for the treatment which was over in 30 minutes! Had to ask the tech to trim and file my nails otherwise she was just putting my sandles back on to paint them. Once painted she used a small hand tri - fold fan to dry them, like seriously?? The nail polishing looked like a 5 year old did it!!!! I immediately left and went to another place in town to have them fixed, they actually took as long to fix them as it did for the whole entire pedicure!! I received a quick effective haircut in about 10 to 12 minutes. She offered to curl my hair, which I said wasn't necessary, but she said she had a way to do it quick. So I said OK. The curl was very quick and not the best. I asked for a little layers in the back. And there wasn't very many noticeable ones and I asked for a refresh on my curtain bangs, which she did do. But there's a section that has a hard chop that I'll have to get fixed. For a service that is a base price of $50 I would have expected a little more pampering. Leaving the salon smelling good with some fresh product. But if you're looking for a quick baseline service it was just that. Not horri blue, just wished there was more for the price

Both ladies were so sweet and did amazing!! They are pros. On the day of the wedding, they arrived early to my house. I was a little nervous they did my makeup so early in the morning since my wedding was during the early afternoon. Luckily my hair and makeup stayed in place all day. Also enjoyed the facial they offered which helped the makeup last longer. You get what you pay for - meaning that you could go to Ulta or Sephora to have your makeup /hair done, but Red Stiletto artists will conveniently come to your house, which is so helpful. I paid a lot of money for the hair and the cost of Dawn putting them in. I even asked how much she would charge to put them back in, although with that many falling out within 3 weeks of getting them done, she should stand by her work and not charge to put them back in. The fact that she is ignoring me is concerning. That is what is making me unhappy!!!!!

At the time she said a few may fall out, to date I have lost at least 70; they keep falling out. I may have lost more that I am unaware of but I have in a sandwich bags the ones I have found. As a previous cosmetologist, I am aware of how to properly take care of hair. I've also done my research and have done everything that is necessary for having extensions including but not limited to: using specific type of brush made for hair extensions, brushing hair w/care which is different when wearing extensions, waiting the recommended 48 hours before washing hair, washing hair 1 - 2 times per week, wearing a shower cap in between, using cold air to dry extensions and making sure they are thoroughly dry, using recommended professional hair products, using a silk pillow case, putting hair up while sleeping so the extensions do not get tangled; these instructions among others have been obtained by Dawn, professional knowledge and research. Dawn ordered the extensions but kept making excuses as to not being able to put them until a month later. She put the extensions in which took her around 9 hours. Since they have been falling out, Dawn has made several excuses as to why she could not resolve the issue by putting them back in. She even suggested I buy new hair and take off work for her to fix it. She ignores some of the phone calls and texts. When and if she replies it can take days to hear from her. I want a full refund of $2,114. She states she wants to fix my hair, but making excuses and not replying is not resolving the issue. I have tried to ask for resolution instead of a refund because I want them fixed. Since she makes excuses and does not reply, that is why at this point I want a full refund so I can go to a more experienced and knowledgeable hair stylist to put them back in!
