The staff is very helpful, courteous, and knowledgable about their business and lotions. Literally every time I have visited I have witnessed someone cleaning (not just the booths), sweeping, wiping down the counters, or engaging with customers. Also, the waiting time has been largely reduced due to the additional beds as well the availability of "call-ahead" name placement on the list. I have to admit that I'm probably a bit biased because of my own close proximity to this salon's location but I would continue to tan here even if I had more than a 5 minute drive. It's worth the monthly cost for sure and is obviously the best selection in this region. Kudos to the owner and operators...keep up the quality, please.

It was a very simple cut I had shoulder length hair I asked for my hair to be textured and angled forward and a few long layers and trim my bangs, so I wasn't exactly asking for a hairstyle out of cosmopolitan. It looks very good when she was done with it because she was able to do the roll brush and styled it and all that so it looked great but when I had to shampoo it two days later and tried to style it I noticed how horrible it actually was. No texturing at the bottom no angling and my bangs weren't even touched. She left this really weird spot on the left side of my hair that I can't even style I don't know what that's all about. I called and spoke to her about the issues I had and she denied that I even asked for her to do them, which I know is not true because that's the haircut that I go with pretty much anywhere I go so I'm not going to forget... So I have a hair stylist arguing with me about fixing it and I was supposed to come in the next week to get it fixed however during that time frame I found out that my mother had terminal lung cancer and we were with her in the hospital for 3 weeks so obviously my hair appointment was not at the top of my list. I also had to go out of town on a couple of business meetings and this week I am finally able to be home have a break and take a breath so I called to see if I could go ahead and come in and just have her do the fixes which would have only taken maybe 15 minutes. I was told very rudely that I missed an appointment so I was a no-show and I would have to pay for my haircut which ultimately means I'm paying for her mistakes. So if you go to the salon do not see Jenna she is rude doesn't talk to you hardly at all while she's doing your hair and doesn't listen to her customers about what they want done and if you confront her because she made a mistake she acts very defensive and rude. I don't know the other ladies there the one that hadn't answered the phone when I called was super nice. I've been in the type of business now for a long time where sometimes you do break the rules to keep a customer happy so that they keep coming back but apparently that's not her philosophy. Awful awful awful service!!!!! Service:
