The water was perfect and she was speedy but it still looked nice. I asked if she'd "investigate" both big toes and she solved my problem/pain. My pedicure took about 35 minutes. I ask for short full set with French tip and a design on two finger which were squiggly lines on each hand. The person was very aggressive with the drill and filling my nails. Didn't leave with French tips or short nails. You can see right through the two fingers that has the design. When it came time to put cuticle oil on my cuticles she put it in the nail not even my cuticle However, I didn't have an appointment but I didn't have to wait to be seated that was good so that's the only reason for the one star. read more

Before I begin this, I just want to say that my nails are gorgeous. They are two talented individuals... however, they do not know how to properly provide their services. Buckle up. Throughout my appt, they kept switching who did my nails and I thought that was weird but whatever. Then, the woman buffed out my nails so hard she made me bleed and did not apologize. Then, they were rude; every single conversation was one sided, they yanked your hands and literally manhandled you in the most aggressive way lmao, and as I was leaving she just took my card, swiped it and just walked away. As I write this at home, I can feel my heartbeat in my nails they hurt so bad. My nails feel SORE, as well. I could barely scratch my own skin without wincing in pain. This place is something else y'all. read more

I walked in to get my nails done for my daughter's wedding. They are very busy but managed to fit me in. My nails are absolutely beautiful. Nancy & her husband is so friendly! Beyond Rude...Wish I could give ZERO ! And I wanna point out that I waited to write this review so that I wasn't feeling Stabby I'd also like to point out that you have to walk all the way through an empty mall to get to this place. I called & made an appt. To get 2 nails fixed. Showed up 5 minutes before My appointment- told them my name/time & signed in...still had to wait 20 minutes after my appt just to get seated. I asked if they had time to do a full balance even though I had scheduled for just a repair- no hesitation to say yes. She has me pick a color, took my gel Polish off 2 nails- then stopped & asked when my appointment was scheduled... so I repeated myself and she immediately just said that I didn't have an appointment despite reminding her that I told her my name and I wrote it down along with my phone number and my appointment time more than once she just kept insisting that I didn't have an appointment because she "writes everything down". I told her that clearly this wasn't gonna get resolved in my favor and I didn't want to waste anymore of either of our time so if she could just please paint my toenails that sheet or take the polish off then I would pay her for her time and be on my way. She did not want to paint nails that she took the polish off of. I insisted on leaving money, because I told her I'm a small business owner and I always pay people for the work that they do and the time they put in. I went in to get dip polish change. I usually go to Fort Wayne but because of COVID I decided to stay in town. Also it has been hard to find salons that do dip here in Defiance. The girl who started on my nails was having trouble with the polish coming off when she started to buff the nails. A big chuck came off one nail and she dipped it again one time. The rest of the nails and the rest of the thumb had 3 coats on it. Now I have a light spot. She also file one finger so long it started to burn. Finally the young man took over and got them done. They are rippled, have particles on them, my cuticles are stained red, and they charged $48 which is 16 dollars higher then I usually pay. It's back to Fort Wayne for me. read more

I couldn't agree more with the fact that these people are very rude!!! I used to go here all the time and the people were so friendly, now they are not- at all! NOT recommended at all! I am disappointed with the wait time. I was told an hr but to come check in 30 mins. 1.5 hrs later and still no service.

This salon is hidden out back door of Dunham's. Seems to be owned by a couple. Woman who gave my elderly mother a pedicure was very careful with her and did everything to make her feel comfortable and valued. She is also bubbly and charming. It isn't easy to give an older person a pedicure but she did a good job. Don't expect a fancy atmosphere but I'd definitely go here myself if I lived here or my needs coincide with my mother's. read more

If I could leave no star that's what it would be dan's replacement very rude! He didn't like that I need them short for work and that the polish I chose was thin so I needed three coats he preceded to raise his voice to me shaking his head he got up twice bc he was so angry and when he got up he was talking to the other worker's in there language so pretty obvious what they were talking about. I never raised my voice with him there was a language barrier and he got his phone out to try and translate but what he typed made no sense witch made him more angry I think he was telling me I talked to much witch I never said anything unless he asked me a question at the end I told him I wasn't coming back and he said thank you! I have never had a problem with any other nail person before and I get them the same length everytime plus there my nails! this is how I like them I don't need him yelling at me bc he didn't like them I will never go back! read more
