At 12:02 I arrived and after 8 minutes was told my tech was helping someone else because I was late and no one else was available to help. David had come on a referral and I didn't want anyone else but would have had someone else just to get removal done...but not an option. Anyway if you can spend a few hours getting mani/pedi this is probably the place for you. Next time I'll be - good client and show up early snd can give another review.

I found out about this place from another nurse a year ago. I always thought custom extensions would be an arm and a leg plus an additional kidney for the upkeep. Nope! After the initial investment in the actual hair it's been super reasonable. I don't spend much more to have my "move-ups" and color than I did just for my color maintenance and regular trims in Toledo. It's definitely worth the drive. Jaycee does my extensions, but after a year of coming here every 5-6 weeks I've never seen anyone leave upset. The whole salon is clean, well organized, beautifully maintained and features some great stylists. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but they do great work inside. In Napoleon in a strip of older businesses you'd expect to see a lot of little old lady roller sets and perms- but don't be fooled. They have several stylists here who specialize in hand sewn beaded weft extensions. I have difficult hair to get and keep blonde- my color has never looked better. This is a great salon worth the drive.

It was a very simple cut I had shoulder length hair I asked for my hair to be textured and angled forward and a few long layers and trim my bangs, so I wasn't exactly asking for a hairstyle out of cosmopolitan. It looks very good when she was done with it because she was able to do the roll brush and styled it and all that so it looked great but when I had to shampoo it two days later and tried to style it I noticed how horrible it actually was. No texturing at the bottom no angling and my bangs weren't even touched. She left this really weird spot on the left side of my hair that I can't even style I don't know what that's all about. I called and spoke to her about the issues I had and she denied that I even asked for her to do them, which I know is not true because that's the haircut that I go with pretty much anywhere I go so I'm not going to forget... So I have a hair stylist arguing with me about fixing it and I was supposed to come in the next week to get it fixed however during that time frame I found out that my mother had terminal lung cancer and we were with her in the hospital for 3 weeks so obviously my hair appointment was not at the top of my list. I also had to go out of town on a couple of business meetings and this week I am finally able to be home have a break and take a breath so I called to see if I could go ahead and come in and just have her do the fixes which would have only taken maybe 15 minutes. I was told very rudely that I missed an appointment so I was a no-show and I would have to pay for my haircut which ultimately means I'm paying for her mistakes. So if you go to the salon do not see Jenna she is rude doesn't talk to you hardly at all while she's doing your hair and doesn't listen to her customers about what they want done and if you confront her because she made a mistake she acts very defensive and rude. I don't know the other ladies there the one that hadn't answered the phone when I called was super nice. I've been in the type of business now for a long time where sometimes you do break the rules to keep a customer happy so that they keep coming back but apparently that's not her philosophy. Awful awful awful service!!!!! Service:
