Once a year cut with Dawn is always good. Listens well and delivers just what I want. Don't let her go!

I went there a week ago for a haircut and got one that was about 90% perfect, but the back was a bit off. So I went back for a redo, just to shorten the back, and got Serenity. I explained the issue with the back in detail, and told her that the haircut was otherwise perfect. Serenity asked if I wanted the sides shorter and I told her that I didn't. Then she had me take off my glasses so she could work, and when I put my glasses back on after she had completely trashed all of my hair. On the right side of my head there is a divot by my ear which is over an inch wide and significantly shorter than the hair either in front or behind it. She shouldn't have been cutting that far forward at all. Serenity is condescending, doesn't listen, and is horrible at her job. read more

Took dad in to get hair cut. No one waitin. No one in chairs at 2:40. Heavy set short girl with pigtails at counter gives us a nasty glare ask what we want. I said dad needs a haircut. she's says we have 2 appointments before 4 and there are just two of us. very snarky and rude and apparently does not like working for this company. I've had great service with friendly attitudes in the past. I don't think this person likes people....maybe wrong profession for her. read more
