I was surprised that only one other person returned my call at all! Business must be good! Scott came and measured and got back to us quickly with a quote. I didn't care for the other business as they kept telling me I would have to do an outside mount ( this is a new house) and that is exactly what I DIDN'T want. So we went with MITS! So glad we did. The installers were great and tidy. One of the fellas said he had shoe covers, but did he have to wear them? My look pretty much answered that question and the installation went great. Scott returned to check on things and give advice where needed. An installer returned the next day for final adjustments and they really look fantastic. I need to thank my fellow yelper Sean F as it was his review that sold me on this company. We all know shutters aren't inexpensive, but I know that I chose the best company to get the job done properly.

I really like that for the few times I contacted them with questions, they either picked up the phone right away or emailed me within an hour or two. You definitely don't get that type of response with larger businesses like Lowes, Budget Blinds, etc. As for the installation, the technician was very nice and super quick. I think the blinds were installed in about two hours! All in all, I'm very pleased with the final product and I highly recommend Made In The Shade!
