Meet the Business Owner: Michelle S.
Michelle Woolley Sauter comes from a long line of artists, including her grandmother, a successful interior designer, and her father, an accomplished watercolorist. That heritage led her to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Florida Atlantic University.
She spent years working in art galleries from Palm Beach to Miami, and since 1997 has been commissioned for original artwork by some of the world's most prestigious art brokers and designers. Clients first recognized her gift for interior design in her fully renovated historic home in South Florida, and a second career was born.
Today, Michelle is Principal Designer and owner of One Coast Design in historic downtown Summerville, SC, where she and her husband are restoring the 1859 Coburn Hutchinson House. Her artist's eye still shapes every project, every finish, every room designed to feel unmistakably yours.
