Edward went above and beyond to clean the vent, spending much more time than he anticipated. It turns out that there were items in the vent pipe causing a significant lint buildup. This not only caused the dryer to take a long time to dry clothes, but also presented a significant safety issue. Edward was courteous, professional, and provided a valuable service for us and our home. The technician was prompt, arrived at the time stated; very conscientious of not making a mess and cleaning up afterwards. He also provided good advice on how to avoid issues going forward. Wow! We would 100/10 recommend Clean Air Recovery. We bought a house that the previous owners had…read moreneglected aspects of and they had multiple dogs, we couldn't get rid of the dog smell. We knew just walking in our new home the air quality was bad. I called Justin for duct cleaning and he set up a walk through the next day with me. Talk about service! The following day they were there to clean our ducts. Him and his crew went above and beyond. He gave me insights on other things in our new home as well, he even patched up a return vent that wasn't suppose to be there! They installed a brand new top of the line filter for our system. Our ducts are now clean and his sanitizer smells amazing! The whole house smells brand new, and we can immediately tell the difference in air quality.
