Prior to the date I asked again for a formal quote with no reply. During install, he asked what he provided as a verbal quote and I replied. At the end of install, the final number was higher than the verbal quote. He had several excuses which I reminded him we discussed when he first came. He then said, well it took longer than I planned. I paid with no argument. My approach is to never do business with a company again if they take advantage of me. Point is, until Skip's returns to employing their own installers, I will never buy flooring from them again.

When questioned we would be told they were short staffed or offer some other excuses. After a few weeks we gave them ample opportunities to correct their issues. They worked with us to get our shed cleaned-up on the outside as well.
