Dropped off 3 shirts for cleaning and 1 sports coat for altering. He said it would be done in 2 days. Having heard nothing after 4 days, I called and was promised it would be done by 9am on the following day. I had an interview and needed the jacket, which I told him. I arrived only to learn he couldn't alter the jacket and literally folded the sleeve and sewed it. Absolutely terrible place. Shoddy work. Does not honor time commitments. I am new to Utah and with this cold realized I should probably have my 2 poofy winter coats dry cleaned! I didn't know where to go but found this dry cleaner via a Yelp search, and it was a little out of the way for me but since the reviews seemed pretty good already thought I would just go here! Plus it is conveniently located near target and UPS store in centerville and chick Fil-a so errands are a cinch all in one area. Well I brought my coat in on a Friday and was promised Tuesday it would be ready, I ended up getting a text message on Sunday that my dry cleaning was ready for pickup! This completely exceeded my expectations and I was so happy since I really was so cold and needed my coats! Not To mention the best part that Tim is absolutely the nicest friendliest person in Utah! And to top off it, when I was picking up, I had my 2 year old saying she had to go potty so I had to Rush home. Well no friction here, I noticed on the receipt there is curbside service available so I called on my way, was greeted with enthusiasm and when I got there pulled right up to the front door and Tim brought out my dry cleaning and I was able to easily carry on home quickly! I can be soooooo extra sometimes! But Tim thank you for meeting my Diva needs! :) oh and of course if you are wondering how my coats turned out? Wow! They looked brand spanking new! So, I've just moved here from San Diego. This place was the closest to my work, and I decided to take a chance and have my shirts washed and pressed. I'm glad I did. I found my local dry cleaner guy now. My shirts were cleaned and pressed pretty well. I got to chat with Tim, the owner, when [picking up my shirts. He is a super friendly gentleman and gave me a few local suggestions from Date Night Spots to Good Local Restaurants. On top of that, I noticed that he cares about his business, which is a HUGE deal to me. I never trust small businesses that don't have a dedicated owner. Everything here was computerized, which made it very organized. I got a numbered receipt at drop off time, an account with my info was created for me for future rewards, etc. All and all, I do recommend this place for Dry Cleaning services. I had 5 pairs of pants that needed to be altered in a five day window. I had an explicit, verbal, face-to-face guarantee from the manager that they would be ready in five days. They were not. In the end it took three extra visits and nearly two weeks to get all 5 pairs of pants back. I won't be going there again. read more

I needed some pajamas altered last minute for my daughter, for a hospital stay for surgery. We couldn't get our sewing machine to work, and needed them done that day. I called and explained the situation, and the owner had me bring them down, and said he would do it himself and make sure they were done by that evening. They probably usually need more notice, but he was so understanding of our situation, because of medical issues he's experienced in the past, so he really wanted to help us. He even stayed late to make sure it was done. I wouldn't have been able to find anyone else who could do it in that short of notice, and on a weekend too. He was so nice and helpful, and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone! read more
