Please follow the rules so other kids (like mine) do not get bitten by ants while trying to play. I would hate for them to take the play area away because people can't follow the rules!

The level of incompetence, lack of accountability, and outright unprofessionalism from the staff is staggering, particularly given their exorbitant prices--charging around $420 after tax. So what happened? Unkept timeline: While they recommend a 3-week turnaround, I brought my wedding dress, groom's suit, and a second dress in with 18 days to spare, and David explicitly assured me it would be ready three days before my wedding (August 26th, wedding August 29th). When I texted that morning, David confirmed it would be ready by 5:00 PM. However, when I called just before heading over, Cheryl told me it wasn't ready. LOST wedding dress & zero urgency: When I arrived at the shop, they couldn't find my wedding dress, nor could they find the bags holding the other two items I had paid $80 to clean. Cheryl said they couldn't find it, they had completely lost my wedding dress. Eventually they found it. It was still sitting in its bag, untouched and uncleaned. Cheryl showed zero urgency, did not escalate the issue to a manager, and told me to just call back the next day. It took a male to get answers: I left in tears. It wasn't until my fiancé (now husband) called back and firmly demanded answers that management finally got involved. Because of their initial false promise that it would be ready, I had to cancel an important event that evening where I needed the dress. Inappropriate/threatening behavior, no accountability & cheap discount: When I went in to pick up the dress the next day with my sister, David attempted to charge me full price, eventually offering a minor discount (about 15%) only after I asked and explained I had to cancel my event. He said he gave me a discount "because I asked nicely". There was zero remorse, zero apology, and no accountability. When my sister rightfully pointed out that the company had lost my dress, David argued that he hadn't lost it. And placed the blame on the guy who was supposed to clean it. When my sister stood her ground, David completely crossed the line and threatened us, asking if we wanted to go outside to the parking lot and fight him. Let that sink in: a middle-aged male employee threatening two young women with physical violence in his place of business, mocking us as a "fight club" on the way out. Ignored feedback: When my dad tried calling the manager afterward--not even asking for compensation, but simply to report being threatened by an employee--she never even had the courtesy to return his call. Avoid Henrie's Cleaners at all costs!!! They charge premium prices for nightmare-level service, zero communication, and aggressive, hostile staff.
