By her estimation they would arrive in 36 minutes (even though they were over 50 minutes away!!!) Did I want to wait (more than I had already waited?????) I provided pictures of the door both before it was broken, and after it was broken from my tenant. They sent someone out to "fix" the door but when they realized they couldn't do it they said it wasn't them who broke it in the first place and left. Somehow, they sent a crew to fix it and then realized they could not and in that time they decided it was no longer them who broke it. The kind woman working on the phones actually said to never use their service again and hung up! She claims she was being "cussed at" and I reminded her it was a recorded line to play it back if she felt that was true... There are plenty of carpet cleaning services in Jacksonville, I would highly recommend someone else. And the phone operator is more than happy to tell you to use someone else's services as well!

UNRELIABLE DUCTS! From their rough installation crew to…read moretheir service techs, to their receptionists.... All unreliable. The rough installation is sloppy... does no one inspect their work?? The service guys had to RE-WIRE my BRAND NEW HOUSE because their rough crew did a half-assed install. Their service guys are unqualified, after FOURTEEN visits to my house, each time they entered something else broke down. The MANY different receptionists they have had over the last 6 months is ridiculous, but apparently they teach them to be condescending with their customers. I had an appointment yesterday, Dec. 9, 2025, for a maintenance call... they DID NOT SHOW UP. When I called perturbed, instead of apologizing for their lack of professionalism, Sherri was condescending... No... that's not the way good customer relations work. In the past 6 months that we have dealt with this company... there is not ONE SINGLE PERSON that still works there now that did then. A business with a revolving door of employment is not a good business at all; they are unreliable. Will they show up for the next scheduled appointment!? And if they do... will the service be adequate or will they, again, leave us with a non-working unit as they have in the past. I have NO TRUST in this company.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. The technician, Piter Duma, was absolutely fantastic. He arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and got straight to work. It's rare to find a company that combines quality workmanship with such excellent customer service, but Reliable Ducts Heating & Cooling truly delivered. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services. Thank you, Piter, and the entire team for a job well done!

I called our regular provider, Jenkins, and got an answering service. They couldnt tell me if anyone was available to come today or tomorrow, but could take my message down. Then I looked up FL Air Flow Heating & Air and called them. An employee answered, followed up by text for my information and had someone at my house 4 hrs later. The team were polite, quickly applied pressure to push out the clog, and were gone in a matter of 15min or so. Price seemed fair for emergency service. I still haven't heard back from Jenkins, so I think I found my new provider.

When the technician arrived, he told me my air ducts did not need to be cleaned and instead sold me a $100 AC System Disinfection service, which I paid for in cash. I have an invoice showing the $100 payment. After my husband questioned why the advertised air duct cleaning service was not performed, the company agreed to refund our money. We were told a refund check had been mailed. When it never arrived, we were told it was "lost in the mail." The company then promised the technician would personally bring us the $100 in cash on Sunday between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. No one showed up, and we never received our refund. We have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the company, but our calls have gone unanswered. We have documentation of our payment and the promises to refund us. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, and we feel it is important for other customers to be aware of how this situation was handled. License # cmc1251701
