It was tough to get used to the mattress/gel pillows. It was much lower than our old one, so we had to buy the extenders. Long story short, the mattress was very firm, but we always had pain in our neck area going into the top of our backs. 7 months later we bought a gel/pillow top hybrid. It was very professionally delivered and set up today. We will try it this evening, and hope it's exactly what we are wanting. I think it will be. Great customer service (*although I'm not sure why they took the extra extenders with them. We thought they were ours, even though they actually had to lower the foundation so the mattress wasn't so high).

Also, there is a good amount of pillows, also ready to sample. The employee working at factory mattress was very helpful and kind. He suggested pillows to my husband, based on the way my husband sleeps, and the bed he sleeps on. We found a bed similar to the one my husband sleeps on, and he started trying pillows. The employee was very kind in determining if each pillow was supporting his neck or putting stress on his neck. The end result was buying the perfect pillow . The pillow was a little pricey, $130 , a good sleep is certainly worth $130. I will definitely be back to the store. Should I have a need. Thank you.

Falling apart with the first few days of removing the mattress protector to was it. We shopped for several days and visited multiple places because we have small children (under 5) that have severe allergies to certain materials. Shane assured us over and over that the 100 day trial was completely risk free and that in no way would the children be in danger of coming in contact with the material. I have that in a text from Shane. Low and behold the children did get sick and when we called to process the return Shane did everything except respond. When he finally did respond they sent out two guys who admitted they knew absolutely nothing about mattresses but they were instructed to leave it if it looked used. Shannon stated that in order to process a return they needed to be able to sell the mattress at a discount rate. But neither of the "professionals" in this instance ever evaluated the mattress. Only took the word of two movers who openly admitted to knowing nothing about mattresses. Still no response from Shane. Shannon however was brave enough to respond and stated that Shane would call me as soon as he finished putting up shelving in the back. Must be a large custom job because we still haven't heard from him. This is a completely different Shane than the one who was working so hard to get our business. Who seemed so knowledgeable and confident in the product he sells. Seems like he cared more about making money than he did for the safety and concern for our children.

Days before the birth of my 7th baby, My husband and I walked into Austin premier mattress looking for a healthy comfortable bed. Shane helped us. He seemed lovely. We ended up choosing a very expensive aireloom king mattress for us and 4 full mattresses for some of our kids. We also got bed frames and protectors for them all. He said his beds were healthy and they would not cause us any health problems. I was concerned being a very sensitive person as I saw his mattresses were actually not organic and he said no one has ever had a reaction and we could try risk free for 100'days and get our money back if it's not for us. I also told him my concerns about having a home birth and being freshly postpartum with our baby, breastfeeding, and toddlers in the bed and he said it was fine. We took his word and paid for our order. The next morning I was feeling off about it, we tried to canceled the order. He held it instead. I ended up in the hospital and getting an emergency c section that next day. Now my healing looked even more different. Needing a bed, he once again told us to try his risk free and we went with it. It took three weeks for our bed to arrive being delayed for delivery, three times! Then the first week our bed was falling apart. Not to mention very uncomfortable. Time goes on in my newborn bubble... the bed doesn't get more comfortable and continues to fall apart. My kids have rashes all over their bodies, my newborn is constantly sick, and I'm getting so sick with the most painful inflammation that won't budge. Turns out we are allergic to this bed!! Took off the cover to see if it lessons and it does, just so slightly. Still awful! Still sick! We try to reach Shane for a return and he said we can't! We have now been going back and forth for about a week, still within the 100 days. Barely any response from them. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! EVERYTHING SHANE SAID WAS A LIE. HE SET US UP TO FAIL. PLEASE, GO TO AUSTIN NATURAL MATTRESS. This bed is 6,000$. We can't use it. Unfortunately, legal steps are our next steps. The stress this company has brought us with health issues and all is unbelievable. I will leave this review on every platform.
