We went to their warehouse and selected 2 different materials; 1 granite and 1 quartz. They had a really nice selection to choose from. We were both pleasantly suprised with the estimate for both. Lowes and HD didn't want to do a small job (1 @ 72", 1@ 43") so they said it would be over $1K each. Synergy scheduled the onsite measuring within a few days and had our tops ready to install within a week from the measure. The demo and install went smoothly and the installers left everything clean and tidy. Can't say enough good things about them. They are a family-owned business with state-of-the-art equipment who believe in customer service. Thank you Synergy Granite.

A completely detached sink in a bathroom seldom used by senior citizens is totally unacceptable…read more This company, after inspecting the sink, should have stood behind their work and materials (regardless of the warranty) and reattached the sink in a timely manner at no charge and made it right for the customers (not to mention inconvenience and labor to reconnect plumbing).

We were very pleased with the project and hired them to do a small kitchen project to replace the lighting. That took a week and came out great. Last year we hired Doug to do a our kitchen and bathroom remodels. They came out great! One thing I liked about Doug was he let me purchase a lot of the materials and fixtures and his team did the construction. He also gave me great recommendations for things they don't do, like window replacement. Clearly we have been very happy with the work and we will use Chaparral for our next project.

But, all in all, we agreed in November 2020 on how to complete the project. This was a super FAIR deal to them given the number of issues and things I still need to fix in their work. As of June 2021, most of the deal has not been executed as agreed. And we've been ghosted since April 2021. Simple as that. We reached out via the BBB and the business has been unresponsive through this channel as well. I have not been satisfied at all by all these issues, delays and, in the end, commitments not honored.

Have used Javier for several years. Was referred by another vendor I use. He's honest, reliable,…read moreand direct. He shows up when he tells you he will. He's a great communicator - if he's late he calls. He is very knowledgable with AC systems. I've seen him completely disassemble an evaporator unit onsite. Let's talk about fairness - I had a unit go out at a rental house a few years back. The first guy who checked the system quoted $10k to completely replace the system. And he was from one of the highly reviewed companies here on Yelp. The next call was to Javier. That was my first time using him. He charged me a few hundred bucks to sort out the problem. More recently I had to change the evaporator unit at my new house. He tried to change out the pump with a used one to save me some money. The unit he installed was bad and he didn't charge me a dime for his time. When I got a brand new unit on Craigslist he came over on a Sunday to install it. Stellar customer service and a hard working honest guy!
