Even before looking at the affected area, he wanted to do a whole body check - to be thorough. He had a hunch of what the issue was, took a swab and came back 15 minutes later. I was a bit shocked and impressed when he said he looked at the sample under the microscope and had diagnosed me and was able to point to the evidence all while I waited! It turns out I have psoriasis and have had it for over 10 years. Previous doctors completely missed this and some even misdiagnosed me. I was delighted when he gave me information to read, sample medication and helpful tips on how to cope with the symptoms. I would highly recommend Dr. Rosen - he is everything you want in a Dr. and more!

I am extremely disappointed with Laser Away and their consistently poor customer service…read more From the very beginning, I've encountered countless scheduling and system issues that have made it impossible to move forward with my treatment confidently. At my first appointment in September, I was told just two hours before my scheduled time that someone else had double-booked my slot and asked to come later. I explained I couldn't due to work, but was told to come in anyway. Then, just 15 minutes before my appointment, while I was already on my way, I got another call saying they couldn't accommodate me and I would need to reschedule. When I finally showed up for my first service, their computer system was down, and I had to wait around 20 minutes before the technician proceeded. After the session, the system was still down, and I was told someone would call me the next day to schedule my second appointment. I provided my name, but no one ever followed up. I had to take the initiative myself and reach out in January just to schedule my second appointment. For my second visit, I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to be told they had no record of my appointment, forcing me to reschedule again. The recurring system and scheduling issues make me not even want to go back to finish my treatment. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

The doctor has been treating me for a problem of severe itching. I had a follow up appt. last Monday that due to a family emergency, I was unable to attend. I explained to her, (the assistant) that the scratching has led to my bleeding in the affected areas. Sorry, next month. I stated that I would have to see another doctor, not as a threat, but to be able to get relief. " You do what you have to do" . I have a new dermatologist, and truly upset having to leave her.
