I have used Steve's services many times for a variety of projects, including installing ceiling…read morelights with rewiring, replacing the faucets for my washing machine and dryer, repaired a leak under the sink and installing a new toilet. What I like most about Steve is that he takes the initiative to solve problems instead of just doing the minimum required. For example, when he removed the old toilet, he discovered that the water pipe was surrounded by plant roots. He proactively bought a root killer and treated the area to help prevent future damage. Steve is very responsive, easy to communicate with, and extremely thorough. Since these are my rental properties, I'm often not there in person, but he always keeps me updated with photos and videos throughout the job, giving me complete peace of mind. His pricing is also very reasonable, and the quality of his work is excellent. I highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled handyman.

It shows that he cares about the work he does for others. I will definitely call him again in the future.

His bank kept rejecting my payments and I ended up having to pay his wife's zelle account (??)  Long version: Romo took almost 2 months to complete my project of replacing the subpanel, adding a 20 amp circuit, and repairing any damaged drywall. He and his team cancelled/ no showed on my tenant more than 5 times and was super unresponsive when scheduling. My tenant had to live in a home with holes in the walls for almost a full month before it was finally repaired. The business operates very shadily. I have asked for a receipt for my payment numerous times, and he still has not provided one. I had to pay him in 3 separate transactions via zelle because his bank kept rejecting my payments. I'm not sure how this business has a 4.8 rating on Yelp, but will not be trusting those reviews from now on.

I have used Always Quality Electrical for the past four years, and I would not call anyone else…read more Justin is an excellent electrician--knowledgeable, professional, considerate, and fairly priced. I especially appreciate that he texts before arriving with an estimated time of arrival, which gives me time to kennel my dog before he gets to my home. Over the years, Justin has replaced the ceiling fan in my bedroom, the bathroom fan, and most recently, the fan in my family room. The latest project was a bit more complicated because the first fan I purchased from Lowe's turned out to be damaged. The motor housing was dented, and it appeared the fan had previously been opened and repackaged. Although I was told at checkout that the box had not been opened, it clearly had been, so I returned it. I then ordered a replacement fan with a remote from Amazon. When I asked Justin which manufacturers he recommended, he suggested Kichler along with a few other quality brands. Justin installed the fan, set up the remote, and made sure everything worked beautifully. I now have a wonderful new fan in my family room. I am extremely satisfied with Always Quality Electrical and with Justin's workmanship. He is reliable, skilled, thoughtful, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend him and will definitely call him again for any future electrical work.

The work did not fix the problem, and he later said the issue was with SDG&E.
