Wow! Zack is great!…read more Our Maytag dryer kept giving off "check lint screen" error lights and wouldn't work. We had religiously cleaned the screen after each use, but the dryer came with the house, so we didn't really know how old it was. (Zach said 8-10 years.) Anyway, we called a little after lunch, and while Zach was at another job and picked up. He was able to sort of diagnose our problem over the phone and was able to get from Naperville to Westmont in less than 20 minutes. (I hope he didn't drive too fast.) We were not really expecting any appointment until next week, but within an hour, Zack was able to diagnose the problem, and FINISH the repair and the dryer area looks great.
