We had religiously cleaned the screen after each use, but the dryer came with the house, so we didn't really know how old it was. (Zach said 8-10 years.) Anyway, we called a little after lunch, and while Zach was at another job and picked up. He was able to sort of diagnose our problem over the phone and was able to get from Naperville to Westmont in less than 20 minutes. (I hope he didn't drive too fast.)
