I would absolutely recommend a Bouncy Bear to anyone looking for casino party rentals. After getting quotes from other companies that were quite honestly a bit too steep for my liking I found them on Craigslist and was very pleased from the first phone call at how professional their company is. They had their crew come an hour before the party started to get all the tables set up (craps, blackjack, and poker) and they were all very helpful in getting everything set up perfectly. Our dealers showed up an hour later and were so helpful in getting everything organized and teaching anyone that didn't have knowledge of the game the rules. We had Daryana on craps, Graeme on poker, and Kathy on blackjack and I would hire them again in a heart beat. They were all extremely friendly and fun for all of our guests. I've already recommended them to several of my friends and clients and will absolutely use them again for any future parties that we may have. read more

Horrible service. The generators that they sent didnʻt work. The 3 blow up attractions failed to work and kept collapsing. We called several times for assistance. They promised to come out to our location immediately but they never came. Very sad for the kids, and now they wonʻt return our money! We are a church that has used "abouncy bear " several times. This year they proved to be total failures. read more

Zero stars us my rating! Dunk tank rental looked like it came from the junk yard. On delivery the first liner would not hold water, duct taped in multiple places. The second liner, also duct taped in multiple places held water. But I was asked for duct tape so delivery driver could duct tape three additional leaks. It had no ladder to climb onto dunk platform. We had to use our own stepping stool. One side of the cage was missing and they couldn't even provide 3 softballs ( 2 worn out softballs and a baseball) i called to voice my complaints and was accused of screaming and hung up on. I will admit i had a raised voice, but far from screaming! I paid 400.00 dollars for a rental that was definitely not worth it! read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We booked them for 115 chairs for our elementary school graduation ceremony. They charged us the full amount before the event. Chairs were to be dropped off between 3 and 4 pm. At 4:30, with no chairs in sight, I left them several voice mails (because they weren't answering their phone) and emails. They never showed and never responded. Way to scam an elementary school. My son did some internet sleuthing and this seems to be their MO. I am so livid. Absolute garbage company. I don't know how they can sleep at night, leaving little kids without bounce houses and baby showers and graduations without chairs. Run, do not walk, away from this "business." read more

What kind of company ruins a kid's birthday party by not showing up and not calling or emailing? I paid 100% upfront, signed their contract, and received confirmation emails from them. On the day of the party, they never showed up and no one answered my calls or emails. They are a scam company, avoid at all costs. I'm providing proof of payment so you can see they took my money without delivering. read more

Please, Please DO NOT use this company. Had a surprise 40th Birthday party for my husband this weekend. This company canceled on me two days before the party. I booked with them three months in advance. I cried, but finally found another company. What an awful way to run a business. read more

NO CALL, NO SHOW! I rented a bounce house from this company for my son's birthday party on Saturday (6/26/21) and they never showed up. We waited and waited as I called, emailed and left voicemails to see what was going on. No one ever answered the phone or called me back on Saturday, Why state online that your hours are 10AM to 4PM on Saturdays if no one is there to answer the phone? I received an email (not even a phone call) from the owner the next day saying they had issues with the truck. However, there is absolutely ZERO excuse for someone not calling and letting us know that day. Talk about a disappointed birthday boy. If you are looking for a reliable bounce house company DO NOT use this one. Horrible business. read more

I am not surprised with all of the reviews listed here. I am not one to write a review and have held off writing this one as I didn't want to leave something while upset. However, we booked with this company for our daughter's wedding. We booked a tent, chairs, tables, bubble machine, and a dance floor. We paid half up front, I received the contract and made them aware of their price differences between the two websites for A Bouncy Bear and Mr Bigs Rentals. The lady was very helpful we worked through pricing and signed the contract. As the wedding was getting closer I was calling all places to check in and verify (March) and was confirmed. I then received a call 1 week before the wedding by a gentleman stating that they wrote the pricing wrong and I would be charged more than the contract. They said they would not be able to bring the tent we reserved and that we could have 3 small tents, which would be the same square footage, it was not. I then spoke to the woman and she was very apologetic trying to help me figure something out. The owner refused to talk to me on the phone, so I drove up there. He then came in and said he was late to an appointment at the DMV and couldn't talk with me. I asked to find a time to meet as the wedding was the following weekend and I was under the impression everything was good to go until this week. The lady at the front desk was so upset and actually ended up quitting that week. My husband ended up having to go up there and the owner spoke to him. They then told us we would need a fire marshal approval for the tent and started giving many other excuses. We thankfully knew someone that knew the fire marshal in that area. Then we were told we had to purchase water barrels, and other things in order to have the tent. We of course did because at this point we are days away. They did end up bringing a tent to the wedding that did not go to the ground as the picture showed. It was about 2 ft above the ground, the staff that was sent was 2 guys and 2 girls. They showed up late and without everything. They had no idea how to put the tent up and were reading instructions. There was no way any of them were going to be able to get the tent set up prior to the wedding rehearsal. The guys at the wedding ended up taking over and putting the tent up after multiple hours of watching them. They did bring the chairs, tables, and dance floor...however it was not the size we paid for. They also brought the bubble machine, but did not bring the bubbles we purchased with it. The water barrels were not needed and ended up just sitting in the back behind the tent. The wedding was in the mountains and not near a store that you could just go purchase bubbles. We do not recommend using this company. The owner did not care and didn't apologize for anything. He was rude and inconsiderate. We would highly suggest that you use caution if you choose to use this company and do not reserve something that you absolutely need. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are a scam. Charged the card, sent a contract and then DIDN'T SHOW UP!!!!! Didn't answer the phone until I blocked my number and then acted as if they had done nothing wrong, they just "didn't have a driver." They didn't even APOLOGIZE!!! Horrible, awful people and the business should be shut down. read more

Complete no show / no call to my 5 year olds bday party. Bouncy house contract signed and everything paid for well ahead of time then.... Nothing. Also, the bouncy house I originally reserved I found was unavailable only upon calling myself (they allowed me to pay for it and reserve it then never called me themselves to say it wasn't available). They gave me a contract for a different bouncy house for same price which was nice.... If they had actually come to the event. I never got any communication I didn't specifically make happen... legit wondering if this is a real business. I emailed and left them a voicemail on the No Show / No call requesting a refund asap... still haven't heard back. I never rate companies, I made this account to leave this review, unfortunately. Would hate for this to happen to someone else. read more

I Recently booked a spider wall for my sons birthday. We planned the party around the wall ( originally we're going to host it at sky zone). The woman on the phone was really helpful and confirmed we would pay by check on delivery. I recieved a confirmation email the day prior to the party. Unfortunately the spiderwall never showed up . I called multiple times after they missed the agreed upon delivery window and thru out my party. I couldn't reach anyone And left voicemails. At one point I did recieve a return call where the gentleman said he would look and see if they made an error. You did. in addition it was so disappointing to children on a special day. You should have answered the phone and followed up as you could have made this right. The wall looks super fun but I would never recommend them as not only did they miss the delivery but no follow up or responsibility taken for the error. read more

Buyer BEWARE!! Paid in full for 2 bouncy houses, never showed up, never called, and still 3 days later, hasn't called me back!!!! My daughter set this up for my party, and they've yet to return our calls & emails! They need an "emergency contact number", one that can connect you with an individual, and not leave a message in their " general mail box"! I heard that they provided a community event with 10+ bouncy houses on the same day, so I guess my 2 wasn't good enough. I had to explain to a handicap child that they weren't showing up when he asked me what happened. Think twice. read more

DO NOT RENT FROM AND GIVE MONEY TO THIS COMPANY. We were in contact with this company for weeks and rented inflatables for my son's 8th birthday party. They sent us a contract and took and processed FULL payment - $370 with tax the week before the event. The day of the party they did not show up. My son was in tears. They did not answer phones or e-mail. Prior to this they barely answered e-mails or messages, so I guess I should have been more careful. I never write negative reviews and ALWAYS want to support small businesses, but I really don't want this to happen to anyone else. read more

I whole-heartedly recommend "A Bouncy Bear" for your party rentals. I rented needed a bouncy castle for Saturday and called ABB on a Friday afternoon (day before my event). Based on my available space, they recommended the "Birthday Cake Combo" Bouncy castle and slide, and I was pleasantly surprised by how huge it was! (Much, MUCH bigger than the picture on the website conveyed). The guys called when they were ready for set-up, were prompt, professional and courteous. I asked for a later pick-up/tear-down time and the gladly accommodated my request. The price was reasonable, and my event was a success - A church "BBQ and Bounce", if you must know :) The BBQ would have been cool... but when we added a bouncy castle to it, it became an EVENT! :) I will use them again! read more

Our PTO used this company for our spring event last year (2022) and it went well except they were not very flexible on their pick up and drop off dates/times. We enjoyed the Zorb that we rented so we thought we would try them again this year. After applying online, sending a deposit and calling 3-4 times per week and leaving a voicemail each time without hearing back for a month we decided to go to the location to see if we could talk to someone in person. The door was open but no one was there. We called while inside their building and could hear the phone but no one answered. We cancelled payment on the check and booked with someone else. Then a week before our event we received a strange email confirming us for their Zorb without attaching anything about who they were, a contract or any confirmation information. I called to tell them we were not using them and, of course, no one answered. read more

Based on our recent experience and the many terrible reviews here, Mr Big Rentals and Bouncy Bear need to be investigated by the Consumer Affairs Dept or the BBB. This company doesn't just provide poor service, they provide NO service after taking advance payment. They just don't show up - and don't answer the phone when their customers frantically call at the last minute asking where they are. We were faced with over 100 5th graders having a graduation ceremony WITH NO CHAIRS! At 5 pm, with the ceremony to start at 6, Mr Big Rental was Mr NO SHOW, NO ANSWER THE PHONE. We avoided disaster only by the heroic efforts of Arvada Rent All, who we called at 5:05 pm and got 115 chairs delivered by 5:30. What do you call a company that takes your money and then disappears? The "recent reviews" here are all along the same crooked lines, except for one from 2017. How is that "recent" or relevant? In short, if you hire this company, expect to be ripped off. read more

NO CALL NO SHOW...I would give 0 starts if possible. I booked a bouncy combo for my son's 4th birthday party a month in advance. I received confirmation of the booking and an email the Friday before the party. The day before the party I received a phone call to confirm drop off at 11am. The party was on a Sunday and at noon when I had not heard from anyone I tried calling the only number provided which was the office that is closed on Sundays. I left several messages for someone to call me back as well as sent emails. Finally at 1:30 (30 minutes before the start of the party) I was able to call a different company who saved the day and was able to deliver a bouncy castle by the start of the party. I NEVER heard from this company on the day of the party and then the next morning I get a phone call asking "how was your event"? Seriously?!?!? They did not even know that the bouncy combo I ordered was never delivered!! The woman was apologetic and told me the owner of the company would call me, that was 2 days ago and I haven't heard from anyone. read more

We rented a dunk tank for our carnival. They arrived late and then didn't know how to set it up. We ended up setting it up ourselves. The unit was not calibrated right as no matter how many times the target got hit it never released. We had to just jump in when the target was hit. They also were late picking it up. Will not use again. read more

This is an amazing place to rent your favorite bouncy house...I also rented table, chairs, tents... the cotton candy machine and the snow cone machine was 50% off! They arrived early so that I would have my event ready to go by the time my friends and family arrived. I called a lot of places and they were the best priced. I am going to use them every year. read more

A Bouncy Bear was great. We had our annual Halloween party and they gave me a great model for what we needed. They set up and took down the castle very quickly and never interfered with our party at all. They even left it up for another day for the kids use. It was some of the best service I have ever received. Thanks to Bouncy Bear for the great service, reasonable prices and overall good product. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. read more

I used this company once in the past and had no problems, in fact I recommended them to several people in the event industry. I recently called to place an order and was called back promptly and given a quote over the phone. The next day I received an email copy of the quote and the price jumped over 30%. I called and was told the person who had quoted me was on vacation and that was the best price they could do. I asked to speak to the owner, who wouldn't even come to the phone but told the receptionist to tell me they wouldn't do anything to help me. I cancelled my order and will not use them again. Customer service always makes or breaks a company. read more

Every aspect of my experience with this company was horrible. They waited til an hour before my daughters bday party to say they couldn't deliver a bounce house because of the weather. Their reasoning for no delivery was due to weather but it was nice, they just weren't prepared on their end and my daughter suffered because of it. The party items we purchased instead were broken and/or falling apart. Now I got a letter in the mail months later saying I owe them money for a mistake they made on their end. I definitely would not recommend them. read more

Great company! staff was super helpful. They arrived on time and answered all my questions. My main concern was the safety of the kids, the staff really helped ease all my concerns and made sure their safety was a priority. Thanks! We will rent from you again! read more
