At his office in Ormond Beach and even coming to our home. He helps keep both my wife and I positive with his caring disposition. And, the thing that surprised us was when he found out that our insurance did not cover any of the visits or the Prosthesis, he waved all charges because he was not in our insurance group. Knowing we were retired, on a fixed income, and Medicare saved us probably thousands of dollars. They really work with you and care about you as a person. Unlike some of the prosthetic places I've had experience with, they don't just look at you as a way for them to make money. They will work with your insurance company, or as in my case, worker's comp, in order to assure you the best possible leg. They also have a gigantic gym and a rock climbing wall right there in the office. Also, they have 2 cute dogs running around all the time that are very friendly and love to be played with. Ronnie is a great prosthetist, and he's made and done the upkeep on all of my sockets. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and most of the employees are actually amputees themselves. All around, I highly recommend this place for any amputees.

Now we have an appointment at the one in Daytona beach. When we made the appointment the people should be able to tell if you have been to the new clinic or not. Then be able to give you correct info how to get there. I seen on the map where something is located but the GPS wants me to go right out of my driveway when the building I am going to is on the west side. And a right hand turn takes me East and North of the building that is West and south of my home. It showed 3.2 miles from my home whereas in reality it was 2.7 miles. Google is stupid and the VA telling people to use it instead of knowing about how to get there is just as stupid.

Only for the first device to damage and form a callus around my fifth metatarsal, and the second device to crack within 10 days after delivery. Leaving me unable to walk, drive or conduct daily activities with pain and difficulties. A total of eight trips to their Orlando branch and I'm more disabled then when I first went. Zero accountability by upper management, no consolation or the decency of a response. If your Dr sends you to one of their branches, insist on a different clinic. Unless you want more problems than you went to them to solve.

Mine had to be custom made so they took more time and effort on her part, but all through it, she kept me well informed and even after my fitting when I needed to come back for more work, I was taken in and still given the great service and personality I received the first 3 times. This is a company that is definately just as concerned about the patient as they are about their business. In a money drives everything mentality today, it's nice to find a place where they make sure your taken care of no matter how long or how many trips you have to make. They decided to bill my insurance late when it was no longer in service for my brace after me…read morepaying my deductible and telling me splitting that payment would not effect the fact that my insurance would be ending to make the other half. They wont give you the brace till its fully paid for and I have had it in my possession since november because I paid what I owed, but now they're trying to bill me over $1200. The lady i spoke with after sending them a statement that i would not be responsible and they needed to call the insurance and fix it, i apologised for my frustration and then she wanted to hand me off to someone else while i was in the middle of speaking and explaining what i was told. My appointment was back in October mind you when my insurance was ran for it and they didnt get a response from insurance till February 4! Crazy that its all the sudden my problem because they messedup. I'm definitely not coming back here for anything else in the future.
