BEWARE!!!!!!! I would give this office 0 stars if I could…read more I am a 23 year old woman and I've never had a cavity. I am living in Florida temporarily and went to this office for a routine cleaning. First, they are completely non digital. Everything is paper. X-rays, charts, you name it. I got a weird feeling as soon as I sat down in the chair. The dentist came in to check my bite and do the throat cancer exam. She was very rushed and hard to understand. Soon after she did the exam, she tells the hygienist I have an "occlusion" on my upper right molar. As someone who is not a dentist, I would not think this meant cavity. When moving to another chair, the hygienist said "oh you didn't hear you have a cavity?" No. I didn't. They are completely unclear with that they are doing and saying. Then, proceeded to tell me this is how God made me when I voiced my concerns about never having a cavity before. So, now I have one cavity that will "NEED" filled and 2 teeth they are "watching". Naturally, I'm concerned and thinking I have poor dental hygiene. Prior to this, I have had great dental hygiene history and never had any dental work done. Fast forward to a month later, I travel home to go to my personal dentist I had used previously. They took all new xrays since this clinic could not send ANYTHING digitally or even through the mail. Turns out I have NO cavities, NO discoloration and NO need for ANY fillings or additional intervention. I understand that each dentist is entitled to their own opinion and many dentists have different views on fillings and cavities. However, I got a very bad vibe from this dentist and felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because I was young and they knew I would be there temporarily. Lesson learned, always get a second opinion if a new dentist is telling you something crazy like that and don't trust this place.

The dentist is great but employees not so much. Good employees are hard to find I guess.read more

They do have cool technology but you'll pay for it in your bill. I called and got an appointment right away the next morning at 8:30 which was good, but then they required me to have a full set of x-rays a hygienist exam and it ended up costing me over $200 to get the tooth fixed in my denture only to 24 hours later today to bite into something and swallow the same tooth now it's Easter weekend and they don't know when they can get me in next week Monday, but I'm not even sure about that. What I'm thinking is my should've lasted longer than 24 hours and they able to get me in at 8:30 the next morning after it initially happened ...now it's their mistake the repair didn't hold and I don't even know when I can get back in all I can think about is the fact that it cost me over $200 yesterday morning because they knew I was gonna have an exam and a full set of x-rays and a hygienist look at my teeth and they have the opportunity to talk to me about buying more services and now they just have to fix something that they didn't repair correctly and not make any money off of it very unsatisfied. I still don't know what time I can get in on Monday if I can at all waiting for a call happy Easter

They use certain tactics to drag you into paying for something you verbally told them you wouldn't pay for. They use the complications of insurance to confuse you and make you pay for a service regardless of your insurance covering it or not. For me I specifically told them, if the service I was looking to get done was not covered, I will not be doing it with them. They lied to me and said it would be covered and when I came back the following week for the follow up, they said "we apologize but we were wrong about your coverage and it will not infact be covered". This was after the fact of me saying "if it's not covered, do not do the service/procedure". I hope any others attending this business will see this review and stay away from them. Blatantly lied just to steal a couple hundred from a young college student.

I have Delta Dental through Tricare. Just another dentist trying to steal money from people. Just so sick of Doctors just worried about the money.

I've…read morebeen visiting this dental office for several years now and developed great relationships with the staff, 10/10, all of them are fantastic minus 1. For context I had a bad childhood, joined the military to get my teeth fixed and now I've been maintaining my smile since..... Till y'all got a new dr.... The previous dental environment was inviting, no judgement, just professional care while making the patient comfortable. The previous Doc cared and his attention to details will never go unnoticed. The new doc is nothing more than a grimy snake oil salesman who puts profits over patient care. The first words I heard out of her mouth.. have you thought about veneers? Not hi I'm the new dr schmuckatelli, how's your day, let's fix your smile or anything. Before you touched my mouth I had confidence... a little but still had a meaningful smile. First, you messed up my filling which is now going to result in a crown. Then I went in for my routine cleaning for nothing more than just a cleaning, 6/2/26 with an *intact* *functioning* "decaying" tooth. later in the cleaning, doc comes in, we agree on a crown. Then after we agree on the corrective action someone enters my mouth, don't know who, I close my eyes during any dental work. After we've chosen on getting a Crown and they decide to test the integrity by tapping it with a tool. Tbh, the fact this was even necessary is beyond me. But whatever, yOu'Re ThE eXpErT. So we schedule the crown and my tooth breaks after I left. Yes, Absolutely, eventually the tooth would have broke in time, under MY terms. The x rays prior to the cleaning will show it intact and functional tooth before you touched me. Because of you I no longer have a functional tooth, just a sharp edge cutting my tongue. So I didn't bother calling since we had an appointment in the coming days... then you canceled day of and re-scheduled me out to the next month, even after explaining my broken tooth from the cleaning. Your job is simple, I come in with a problem, you fix it and we are both happy. Once YOU cause the problem it becomes your responsibility as a leader to fix it. So after a month of waiting since my initial appt, today 7/1/26, your snake oil salesman decides to take her high road with zero accountability. No reassurance they would make it right, just laughs and snarky remarks. I said No thank you and walked right out. The snobby remarks and facial reactions throughout the few visits together are unsatisfactory for a "professional". Thank you MyPortOranges dentist for removing what dignity I had with my smile. To the office staff, I'll miss you. Thank you for making these painful dentist appointments memorable. I'll never forget you.
