I have nothing but good words for this company and its owner, David. I had stone steps installed in…read moreearly 2025 and did a fantastic job. I had one stone come loose right after our last snow and I contacted David about it. He sent someone out in less than a week to repair it. And recently, I contacted them to do a spring clean-up, redo a garden with the addition of a retaining wall, and to install stone steppers on a hill. From start to finish, it was professionalism all the way. David was very prompt in putting the proposal together and after I agreed with the terms, he got me on the schedule for work to be done in less than 3 weeks. The team was extremely nice, courteous, prompt. I would highly recommend this company.

Pro Landscapes did a project for us last fall and I will not recommend them to anyone. The rep who…read moredid the estimate and recommended plants did not know our plant hardiness zone. He did not give me a design. So I did my own sketch and (foolishly) still hired the company. Despite following all aftercare directions, more than half of the plants failed. I started investigating and found that the crew installed plants with the plastic plant tags buried in the ground with the plant. Mulch used by the company was infested with a nasty fungi that took a lot of time this spring to get rid of. There really was no followup to speak of. The rep said he would share with the crew supervisor that the mulch had a fungus attached to it. Lisa, their administrative person, was very professional and on top of things. I have nothing but good things to say about her. But we are now $3,000 in debt for a poorly executed landscaping job. It makes me never want to hire another landscaping company. I am a gardener and could have done a better job myself and saved a lot of money.

After doing some research and reading reviews, I came across Aqua-Bright. Their response for an appointment, their reasonable price, and communication were different than the other 7-8 companies I've dealt with in the past. Miguel showed up and did a walk-through, asked a few questions, and went to work. He put the system through a test run, we walked each zone to discuss my concerns and issues; and then he came up with a plan to make the irrigation system more effective and reliable. Miguel was very professional, efficient, organized, and very knowledgeable. As I watched Miguel make adjustments to some of the sprinkler heads, you can see the care, work quality, and caring attitude in his performance. Very disappointed with my experience. A technician came to provide an estimate for my landscape…read morelighting. After he left, I found two bulbs in the flower bed and discovered that two other light fixtures were missing bulbs. I sent photos to the office, but they denied that their technician removed them and simply suggested that I buy replacement bulbs because they are inexpensive. The cost of the bulbs is not the issue. The bulbs were working before the visit, and now the fixtures are left without bulbs. I am disappointed that no explanation was provided and no responsibility was taken.
