He talked through any prior water retention issues I had, and came up with a plan to future proof our house from any flooding that could happen with big storms. The crew were back out within a few days and executed the plan as Cliff specified. The laborers placed one of the pop-ups a little too close to the house, and without any intervention, the day-of-supervisor spoke with me to let me know they would extend it according to plan, and corrected everything. They also replaced my sump pump, which was not the easiest thing due to a seized grate closure (see pics), and at a fraction of the price quoted by plumbers. I was really impressed with how quick everything was completed, and for a job like this (digging long trenches to run PVC), my yard looks nearly immaculate. They gave me instructions to heal the grass patches so my lawn would look as it did before in no time. After the work was done, Cliff reached out to make sure all was working well when it rained. Saving money in the short run for a crappy job, you'll end up paying a lot more in the long run when you have someone else fix all of the mistakes. I've made that error before and paid dearly. It's the equivalent of buying cheap pants you have to replace every year, vs paying a bit more for quality pants that last a decade. Ok, sermon over. Did more awesome work! Lots of mulching and weeding. These are both jobs that are easy to do half-assed. Pull a few weeds and throw some mulch over them. Less thorough landscapers also use just a thin layer of mulch instead of a thicker layer like you are supposed to. Melvin Reyes and his crew did as good of a job as could be done. I was home and looked out every once in a while to see them painstakingly weeding and using a good thick layer of mulch throughout. Front and backyard are transformed, A plus!

There was a princess tree or something of that nature that sprouted up last year and needed to go as it was getting out of control, my wife wanted weeds removed, washed rocks, and peonies in front. In the back we also finally decided to finish our walkway with flagstone. Jon was great to work with, responding to both texts and emails for verifications and changes throughout the process and pricing was competitive. The yard also features a 5' W x 50' L raised garden bed planted with various dwarf evergreens trees and deciduous plants. It is a lot of yard and I find it next to impossible to keep it looking neat and orderly.) The Moyers landscaping team, led by Danny, arrived on the exact day and time promised (no rescheduling on their end; what a blessing in this day and age). I watched the team working from my windows and could not believe how hardworking and efficient they were. The crew was absolutely dedicated to the work at hand and cut no corners. In short, they exceeded my every expectation. On Day 2, I was greeted at my door by Danny for the walk through of the completed work. I couldn't believe my eyes.
