Pro Landscapes solved a long-standing issue for my husband and me (both in our mid-70's) A ditch evidently created by water seepage exactly on the path by our gate where we roll our trash cans from every Sunday night for Monday trash collections. The ditch was not filled with water, but made walking hazardous and very difficult to maneuver the trash cans. The company met with our daughter on the site (at our request) to explain needs and issues. Our salesman, David Nutter, drew up a proposal and contract, with each item that needed to be done detailed, including materials, cost and time involved. When we agreed to a plan and signed the papers, we got on their schedule. Pro Landscapes made sure we had the gas company come out and mark where the lines ran, in advance of the work--very simply through an online link they provided. We provided the necessary deposit before the work was to begin. A team of about six workers came out by 10 am the day in question and completed the job by that afternoon. The head worker checked with me about the arc of the path of flagstone stepping stones to our front walkway, just to be sure we were all on the same page. We were! We are so satisfied with the job! I took 2 large cans and 2 smaller cans to our front last Sunday afternoon, and I had no trouble at all! I am thrilled with the end result--not only as far as practicality, but also in terms of the beauty of the work they did, with no mess left behind at all. We received directions as far as how to treat the new walkway and when we could safely begin using it. So they were very thorough. We would recommend them highly!!!! read more

I reached out to Pro Landscapes on my realtor's recommendation and couldn't be happier with their work and their customer service. I needed a spring clean up and some advice on cost-effective ways to increase my home's curb appeal before putting it up for sale. Right away, David came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate on some basics as well as a few recommendations to make the yard as appealing as possible. I was excited to get the work started in a couple of weeks. Then, due to factors outside of my control, I needed to get the house on the market ASAP. I spoke with Dave about the circumstances and he had the crew out within a day! I couldn't believe my luck in working with a company that's not only professional and does excellent work, but that also treats its customers with such kindness! The crew did beautiful work, including re-grading a hill, planting, and general yard clean-up, and I received clear, written instructions for how to care for all the new plantings. Just a few days after they did the work, we had an unexpected frost warning. I received a personalized phone call to let me know how I should care for the plants in case of frost. I highly recommend working with Dave and Pro Landscapes! read more

The backyard of my small townhouse was a disaster from the awful winter and a puppy that likes to dig. I contacted Pro Landscapes, by email on Friday, March 14th, spoke to the president of the company, David Nutter on Saturday and by Sunday, March 16th, I had a very detailed proposal. The proposal was a meticulous, professional, step-by-step outline of everything his team would do and how they would do it. On March 27th a team of four men arrived and worked non-stop, completing the job by 4:00 PM. They were friendly, diligent, and knowledgeable. By the end of the day, by backyard was transformed. The wow factor had returned. I can't even begin to express my delight and satisfaction with an incredibly well-done job. Communication was essential to the flawlessly executed upgrade of my backyard. I should also note that not long after the project was completed, a freeze warning was issued. Lisa, a Pro Landscapes administrator called me and explained how to protect my new plants from any potential freeze damage. Now that is great customer service! read more

We asked Pro Landscape to bid on a porch and front walkway repair or replacement complicated by the need to avoid tree roots and to consider using existing stones. Mr. Nutter, the owner, responded promptly to our initial contact, came to look at the job the very next day , and produced a proposal for us within several days after that. He was accommodating with respect to additional specifications that we requested after receiving his initial proposal. His website photographs were very helpful in choosing the right type and shape of flagstones for the job. Of the 5 companies we contacted, he was the most prompt and professional with his proposal. Details were spelled out very well, particularly how his crew would approach the issue of working around the tree roots and avoiding a lip between the walkway and the city sidewalk. We very much appreciated the promptness and professionalism of his bid, and responsiveness to several questions and ideas we had. Thank you, Mr. Nutter! read more

David and his team at Pro Landscapes are true professionals! I contacted Pro Landscapes on a Wednesday afternoon and explained my situation and the desire to have a patio completed in time for my son's first birthday. That evening, David contacted and took the time (almost an hour!) to go over the details of what they could do and how they could get it done. And without any hesitation he said he could make it happen despite the short notice and the time crunch (less than 2 1/2 wks). Within a week his crew was on site and one week later, including a 2 day rain delay and a holiday, and they were complete! The patio looks better than what we could've imagined! Additionally, David, Lisa, and his team on site ensure to maintain exceptional communication throughout the entire process from start to finish! Thank you Pro Landscapes for such an amazing job! read more

My house flooded twice in the past year (before I bought it) due to poor drainage. When I purchased the home, I immediately called Pro Lawn Care to get a French drain installed. Even in a light rain, the sump pump in the crawl space would cycle for days at a time. After the 100 ft French drain was installed I haven't heard it turn on once, even during prolonged, heavy rain storms. I was very impressed with the company's communication and professionalism. While the price was a bit higher than some other quotes I received, I ended up going with Pro Lawn Care because their solution to my problem seemed the most comprehensive. I believe in paying for quality and that is certainly what I received. I'm hiring them again to put in a new 400 sq ft patio and can't wait to see how it turns out. read more

I worked with Pro Landscapes on a very involved replacement of a 140' retaining wall that had failed in my backyard. David, the company owner, guided me and stuck with me throughout the engineering, design, and permitting phases that were needed. He also overcame big site access challenges to make the project possible and hold down costs. Throughout the project David was communicative and clearly explained the options available and progress. I'm thrilled with the end result, a sturdy and attractive wall that will last, along with a repaired stacked stone wall that was also failing, and new stone patio. I highly recommend Pro Landscapes, and am looking forward to working with them on several other projects in the future. read more

We asked several contractors about a problem keeping mulch on our flower bed on either side of our 200 foot driveway. We had several contractors offer stone and railroad tie wall solutions. This company was the only one to suggest and implement a sustainable solution of replacing mulch with fast-growing easy to maintain ground cover. There was an initial glitch in planting issues which David went out of his way to make right. It's been less than 3 months and the plants are spreading well and the driveway looks much better than it did when there was mulch there. I would have zero reservations in hiring them again. read more

David, Lisa & the whole crew of Pro Lawn Care did a great job communicating with me about my project. They notified me of scheduling and Matt the crew leader for my job ,discussed design with me and placed plants accordingly. He even called me to let me know one of the beds had rotted out. He advised me to just focus on the rest of the beds & he put the rotted wood on trailer to haul away . He & his two crew members were respectful and they wanted to make sure my husband & me were happy before they left. We had overgrown lackluster beds. Now we have polished ones with clean edges! Thanks Pro Lawn Care! read more

I had a fantastic experience with this landscaping company for sodding services. From start to finish, the communication was top-notch--scheduling was a breeze, and they kept me in the loop every step of the way. The crew showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job exactly as promised. I was especially impressed by the owner's follow-up afterwards--responsive, professional, and genuinely interested in making sure everything looked great (which it absolutely does!). I highly recommend them for anyone looking for high-quality landscaping with excellent customer service. read more

The do it right! We had a stone patio underneath our deck be put up. We missed that it was to be "boxed" in with 4x4 wood. When the job was nearly done we called David and explained we did not expect that. He handled it very quickly and professionally. They pulled out the wood framing and installed stones and did not charge us extra just the cost of the materials. In addition, a piece of stone was left on my neighbor's grass causing a burn. David contacted the neighbor and took car of the spot. We will do more projects with this company! Larry & Jennifer Cermak read more

They all were great folks all awesome amd knowledgeable. I love my patio! I want to commend the construction team of Pro Landscapes for doing an excellent job building my new patio. The team lead was outstanding in communication and we had a very respectful interaction throughout the build. I appreciated the weekly emails from Lisa regarding the build schedule. It kept me in the loop regarding when the build was to begin. I appreciated having different options to pay. I appreciated the care that the team had for cleaning up after they finished the build. Our house was getting water in the basement when it rained a lot. Dave came out quickly to assess the situation. He recommended installing drainage from all the downspouts in addition to adjusting the grade to drain water away from the house. He was also knowledgeable in diagnosing how water was getting into the basement. We need to get the gutters fixed first. Then we hope to do more in the yard. No one has a crystal ball regarding water and flooding. Pro Landscape's approach seems appropriate and affordable. read more

David and his guys did a small job for me and my elderly mother and I'm happy but my mother is ecstatic! If she's happy then everyone's happy right? Haha It consisted of just planting a few scrubs in the front by the side walk, cutting a section of the lawn, and installing a french drain system so my mother basement would stop flooding each time it rained. The got the job done on time, and what I really admire is they did it right the first time! I'm so pleased. I'll definitely hire david and his guys again. read more

Our yard was a veritable swamp and David and Matt both came out to diagnose the problems and then developed a careful plan to address the issues. It was not an easy issue and was quite involved. Unlike others that came to help us out, ProLawn Care was not scared to tackle this tough job. It turned out exactly as they predicted and we could not be happier. Easy to deal with, responsive and friendly. They were truthful and punctual. I would definitely recommend David and Matt, ProLawn Care. read more

I'm sharing pictures of the before and after of the walkway from our deck to our parking pad and driveway in the backyard. It was so unsightly and weeds were out of control. Dave Nutter has a 5 star service with teams of skilled workers. I interviewed 3 companies and chose his because I saw pictures of work done and found him to be honest and trustworthy. So instead of one project, we hired his service for 2. Our backyard is now beautiful and ready for entertaining again. Very happy ! read more

We needed two flowerbeds in front of our house replanted, edged, brought out to a uniform distance from the house, mulch added, and old plants removed. Pro Lawn Care did an excellent job and were patient and friendly while guiding us through the process and recommending plants. The work done was exactly what they quoted, and they even completed it a few days earlier than originally scheduled. I was very happy with the final result and would hire Pro Lawn Care again in the future. read more
