They keep taking new clients, even the day they were telling us they had no appointments, they were still settinging up new people. On my first call I was told that someone would contact me within 2 to 3 days to schedule this. In five days I had not gotten a response so I called them. I was immediately met with condescending animosity by a woman who identified herself as "the manager" but would not tell me her name. I have asked them to get me in contact with somebody higher in the company and she refuses. Trying to contact the owner now. Will contact Better Business Bureau if owner does not have an appropriate response.

My wife received several laser treatments which were fine, but we were willfully mischarged five…read moretimes, and then the business tried to cover it up rather than making amends. We were sad that a place with so many 5-star reviews misled us with the charges, treated us poorly when we tried to resolve, and broke state law in the process. As you can see from the picture of the receipts, the total cost for a given treatment was $377.50. However, the actual charge to us was $392.41. The receipt sent to us didn't even mention the service charge, as you can see - only the credit card printout hinted that we were paying more than shown. The reason for the 3.95% surcharge/service fee? They "don't want to raise prices:, therefore they now pass along any credit card fees (or even debit cards) - which is a sneaky way to do a price increase. They say they disclose all this to customers, that we could have paid cash or check...however we were never informed of this. Note that this "policy" is not in writing anywhere, nor is it displayed at the cashier. So we have paid $14.91 extra every appointment, when we could have wrote checks instead. We called and talked to the owner Cathy to try to resolve, and I expected we would receive an apology, perhaps even a refund for the service charges. Instead, she was rude, insisted my wife just can't hear properly, and then hung up on us! Very disappointing that a place with otherwise good service could be dishonest like this. She broke down the costs of treatments, the way laser works and the importance of hair cycles and how it can affect the results. She was very honest and looks out what's best for you. Super comfortable and can't wait to be back for my other laser treatments to see the end results. The front staff was super helpful and friendly too.
