BUYER BEWARE: I don't post a lot of reviews, but I couldn't help posting about this life changing…read moreexperience. Please don't kill me with kindness while charging me $3,000 plus for products and services that failed to yield standard results. My cheekbones were damaged, my face was badly bruised, and the sagging skin on my neck and jowls worsened after treatment. I have been receiving anti-aging treatments for years, and this is undoubtedly the worst decision that I have made. For practitioners and recipients who are not aware, there is a specific diagram for each problem area when injecting fillers. I would greatly appreciate it if you did not insult my intelligence by telling me that I have to put on makeup to see the results, and when I mentioned my previous experiences, your answer was, "Some people do not mesh together." Please acquaint yourself with the facial diagram before this company ends up with a lawsuit. This company is in total denial. The owners have chosen to have a stand-off with their customers rather than rectify the problems. These negative reviews and unsolved issues will only lead to more stringent regulations of med spas. It is companies like this that causes problems for other med spas. Please see this company's response to my reviews on google. A picture will tell a thousand words.

Now, 3 years later, the issue has spread over most of my body. I'm not rich and had to donate a lot of plasma to afford the original appt, which left me mortified and frustrated and feeling like a 2nd class citizen. The overall impression from this location is that they are more interested in doing superficial cosmetic procedures on overly entitled rich people. At this point, it's probably just better if I die. I certainly left feeling unworthy of help since I got no real service. Want to make it right? Refund me. My husband can put it towards my cremation.

I had my microblade done on my eyebrows by Bridgett in January 2024…read more While I was still at the facility she adjusted my eyebrow shape twice but when I left my eyebrows were significantly uneven and the color was so light you could barely see them. I texted Bridgett 2 hours after I left about not being happy with the color and she texted me that I could come back for a touchup and pay her in cash. I have had my eyebrows done in 2007 and never had to have a touchup, the shape and color was fantastic. I am very disappointed that Bridgett will not respond to my texts or emails. She will also not refund me and now I have to have them removed before I can get them fixed.

From the beginning, she took the time to really listen to my questions and concerns and thoughtfully address each one. We went through my previous treatments with other providers, and I especially appreciated that she genuinely wanted to understand what I liked, what I didn't, and what I was hoping to achieve moving forward. I never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, I felt heard, understood, and confident that we were approaching my treatments with intention and a clear understanding of the look I want to achieve. For the first time, I feel like I've found the right injector for me and for the aesthetic journey I want to be on. I'm genuinely looking forward to continuing to work with her. I called to book my appointment, but when I arrived, the door was locked and the entire building was closed. The place looked extremely sketchy, and no one ever showed up. I called and texted multiple times with zero response. It has now been over a month of me trying to get in contact with them--no returned calls, no apologies, nothing. Groupon could only give me site credit instead of a refund, so Flawless Reflections basically took my money and disappeared. This business is a scam. Save yourself the frustration and do NOT book with Flawless Reflections.
