The team that works here, Angie, Gloriliz, Vicki, Jennifer and our PA Chris Carlisle were friendly and professional. Walking in we were greeted with a good morning and a smile. We felt welcomed and at ease right off the bat. Everything went like clockwork, paperwork, exam room interview and then Chris the PA arrived. The exam we received was very detailed and thorough my wife and I were very please with everyone and everything. Arriving early for our appointment we were taken care of right of way and we were in and out within thirty minutes. As we were walking out the whole staff was smiling and waving goodbye and thanking us for coming.

I spend a significant amount of time in my vehicle and after some research I decided the best course of action to mitigate more skin cancer would be to apply a ceramic film to the windows of my vehicle. In the State of Florida, you can get a medical exemption for applying a film to your vehicle windows. I completed the forms and on my fifth visit to see the PA, she told me she was not permitted to sign these. She stated that head doctor, Dr. Ruben Moreno does not permit anyone in his practice to complete this form. I find it interesting that a doctor who performs MOHS procedures will not approve and sign off on a document to allow me, or anyone with history of skin cancer (in addition to other skin problems) a safe preventative measure. I was told "thousands of people would want this exemption." (Yes! Why wouldn't they!?) I take that statement as an understanding it would impact this doctor's business - not in his favor. I want to provide some additional details with respect to the aforementioned. This exemption (HSMV 83390) has several conditions for autoimmune diseases listed; in addition, there is a box for "other", and it reads "... other medical condition which requires a limited exposure to light". It is a known fact that light, sunlight specifically produces UV which causes skin cancer. I am not requesting permission to "black out" or apply "limo tint" my vehicles, I am simply asking for a ceramic film with a light die that prevents harmful UV rays. Is Dr. Ruben Moreno's looking out for me as a patient, or himself for financial gain? Considering all the information - I firmly believe he is NOT looking out for me as a patient.

I am so happy with her as a physician. The first time I came to talk about one issue but she found a couple "precancerous" spots and treated that too. Today I came for a full body exam for any skin cancer, since it is very common in my family. She also helped talk about a surgical scar I have that isn't healing normal. She is just so thorough and caring. I trust her and will be back with any dermatology issues in the future.

I brushed it off and rescheduled. The following Friday I show up again to receive an oxygen facial (The Groupon was for an oxygen facial purchased at $39) Come to find out they were only willing to deduct the $39 from the entire price of the facial which was about $170. Instead, I looked at their "menu" located at the front reception desk that had all of their services and prices and decided to go with a Micro Derm that was priced at $39. The receptionist explained that it was not a big deal to make the change (meanwhile I will still waiting for Morgan to arrive). The actual micro derm was a pleasant experience, Morgan was up beat and positive and we got along great, which is why this review is somewhat hard to write. When I got to the check out, I was expecting to pay the price of the micro derm that was in the brochure and the price that was confirmed by the receptionist of $39, that matched my Groupon. Morgan swiftly came behind the counter and said, "My Micro-Derms are actually $80." I looked at the receptionist and said, "You told me $39 and it also says $39 right here." The reply from Morgan was "That's the starting price." And the receptionist had to go back and edit the price to fit Morgans $80. I did not receive any special treatment nor did I accept anything special during my procedure when offered. It was clear that she was indeed churning in order to make a quick buck. I decided to review simply because I was mislead and swindled... I was mainly more offended because Morgan did such a great job building re pour that I felt burned and like I just spent the last 30 minutes with a deceptive used car salesman. I didn't mind paying the extra $40, it wasn't about the money, it was about getting taken advantage of. I truly help that this review benefits both Morgan and the spa and that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I was incredibly unimpressed seeing her product only lasted about a month. At my appointment there was no consultation what so ever. She was about to start injecting god knows where before I had to stop her and tell her what I wanted. She ended up putting some of the product back and very quickly injected randomly on my forehead. She didn't take any time to map out my face, it felt like she just started poking. She did not make it a personalized experience. And the worst part was her sales tactics. She tried to pressure me from the moment I walked in to buy everything from a package of injectables (that I didn't want nor need) to anything at her yoga studio next door. Will never return.
