I took my RV to their shop to have the top windshield replaced. The outside looked OK once the job…read morewas complete. They did not replace the trim piece that went around the window on the cabin inside. That was torn out when they removed the glass. Also the glass was not sealed fully on the inside. There were gaps in the caulk, even though it's not leaking water, they didn't bother to backfill. Also, my electric shade is not working. The motor works, but it looks like they left the RV exposed to the sunlight while they were changing the glass and melted the foam tracking that goes around the windshield for the shade to slide on. Of course, they're denying all that, saying they only worked on the outside, which can't be true because they had to go on the inside to clean up all the glass that broke when they replaced the window. I would not do business with these guys again luckily, I'm working through my insurance company who will make it right! BTW-I gave them a chance to clean up their mess and they refused.
