It was lunchtime, I interrupted Ally's lunch, but she just stopped mid-lunch gave me the paper work to fill out carried on a casual conversation not missing a beat. I was told the technician would start at 1pm. On the button 1 pm. I also asked if she Ally knew of a place I could get an oil change. I walked over to Tony's got the info, walked back to Arrow the technician M stopped me asking about the truck and it's previous tires and behavior, that was embarrassing my previous tires were "sinfully" in bad un-maintained state, I told him. The technician that helped me out was Chris's he was great, he test drove my truck to make sure an alignment was even needed (I was positive it was needed due to the wear on my previous tires). The place in Vegas for alignment period. I have 30 years in the automotive industry and this shop has the equipment and talent to do almost anything. They did my 4 runner the my wife's car the next day. They saved me $40 on my wife's car because there were only 2 limited adjustments because of the car. Most places would have sucked up the difference but not this shop. I saw big lifted trucks, RV's and some lowered sports cars as well as some high end exotic cars there. When you see big money vehicles at a shop that tells you you are at the best place possible. Kudos and I'll be back and send everyone I know to go to Arrow. Sound like a jingle? These guys did a great job for me. I needed my front coil over shocks changed out and a front alignment on my 2008 F150 4x4. I called and made an appointment for Saturday at 8am. They took my truck right at 0800, and had all the work completed by 0940. They checked out all my front end components and said they were all good and solid. They are very professional and their shop has state of the art equipment. They do more than just alignments, and prices were reasonable. They have a customer for life with me. There are so many shops in Vegas that will rip you off or lie to you to make more money. These guys are honest and upfront and fair. I recommend A Arrow Alignment for all your repairs. read more

They did more work for me later and not only was the work done right and on time, they quoted Me for a 4 hour job and charged Me for 3 when they finished early. Hi. I brought my Lexus GS300 in because the steering wheel was off center but the car still drove pretty much straight. I figured let me get it fixed because I got tired of looking at a crooked steering wheel. I had extra money and figured, i might as well get it done. I am really happy i did! The person who did my car, his name was Joe, told me it was way off balance. I thought the alingment was ok (it kinda drove straight) except for the steering wheel being crooked, but after driving it after Joe fixed it, it drives way better. Its a fun car to drive again. I went to A Allignment because they work on different party buses and limousines for different companies that I work for and with. I thought i might as well give them a try since they fix the big buses that are for hire. They didnt let me down. The price was 109 but I got it knocked down to 98.50 because I paid cash. Make sure you mention the sign that says 10% discount for cash lol. The cashier was kinda surprised I saw it, but she honored it. It's a little more than I paid for an allingment at other places, but they did an excellent job. I would go there again without a doubt, even though I could go somewhere else for maybe 20 bucks less. Arrow Alignment is by far the best alignment shop in Vegas hands down. I've had many of my cars aligned by him (Mini, two A4's, A5 and a GTI), they all had coilovers and adjustable control arms. Joe and his guys have always done an excellent job with getting my cars aligned to my specs at a very reasonable price...I've been charged much more at other shops in the past for sub par alignments. I recommend all of my car friends and co-workers to Joe whenever they ask about alignments (since I'm the resident car guy lol). This shop is fanstatic! I drove to Vegas 1400 miles with bad alignment. I took it to the guys at arrow, and within an hour, my car drives better then the day I bought it! They test drive the car several times during the alignment to insure no comebacks. I needed an alignment for my RV which I recently put a 4 in lift kit, new tires. I looked around and getting a 27 ft. RV aligned isn't as easy as I had thought. My vehicle still had a slight pull to the right and I could hardly notice but they were not happy. After recommending replacing my power steering box and it still pulled they didn't charge me for the labor for the removal or install just for unit itself, to make a long story short after three times on the rack it turned out to be the steering stabilizer was appling pressure (gas unit) forcing the pull. This is my first post to yelp and I just wanted to say most companies would of passed the buck but this outfit was professional and determined to give me a quality alignment not a "good enough" alignment. Chris rocks! He corrected the overly aggressive camber I had on my rear wheels. Not only were they aggressive, but at very different angles between the two. Over a degree difference! The fronts weren't so bad but he noticed the steering wheel was off. So he adjusted that also. What'd you know, a "five wheel" alignment, not just four! Note: a dealer was last to adjust my alignment. Well, I'm no longer going to make the mistake of seeing the dealer anymore, when I can just come here and have Chris and the Pro's at A Arrow Alignment take care of me. I replaced both front struts and steering gear on our '01 Escape. I was careful to get everything back together as close as possible. Took it A Arrow for a front end alignment after my work. They came and said it didn't need an alignment. I had gotten it right. They put it on the rack to double check what their test drive showed. They just charged me for the rack time and didn't overcharge me for a whole alignment that I didn't need. It's refreshing to find guys that take care of their customers with complete honesty. That can be rare in the Valley if you know what I mean. I won't take my cars anywhere else for an alignment. Can't recommend these guys enough. read more

After reading the reviews for this shop, I was excited to give them a shot. Made an appt as I'm having a steering problem (binding up on turns) with my truck. . Happy to pay the $40.00 they charged me to look at it. I was told they would test drive my truck and really look it over. Not sure how one can do that in 10-15 minutes because they called me within that time to tell me what was wrong with it. Bushings on my steer rack which I had replaced within the last two years and power steering fluid. Good thing I didn't authorize work to be done. They wanted to do an alignment???? The very best in town. I was recommended by my mechanic to take my car to Arrow Alignment after struts replacement. I made an appointment for a Saturday at 8am. They took the car for a test drive first. Then took the car in and did the alignment. After 50 min., the mechanic took the car for another drive to make sure everything was done right. I would give these guys 6 stars, if I could. I have a Polaris Slingshot (a what? Yeah, more on that later). It's a new three wheel vehicle, only been on the market for two years. I'm a gear-head, and pretty good shade tree mechanic, and it was apparent that it was out of alignment when I took it home from the dealer. Took it back, and the dealer says, "Its fine, they all do that". Wrong, it ain't driving right, but they don't have any way to align them. I started calling around to tire shops to get a front end alignment done at my own expense. Every place I called, said they do alignments, but when I told them what the vehicle was I got, "On a what?" followed by we can't do alignments on three wheeled vehicles. I finally stumbled on Arrow Alignment and spoke with Joe, the owner I'm guessing. After some back and forth, he said to bring it in, and he'd give it a shot. I met with the super friendly Natalie on arrival, and 10 minutes later the tech, Mike, pulls the Slingshot into a bay. He tries to set up the laser system on it, but due to the Slingshot having only one rear tire, he couldn't get it close enough to the camera to read the wheel sensors. Mike says he's going Old School, and aligning it the way they did it before lasers. I won't bore you with the technical details, but let's just say Mike knows his stuff. Half an hour later, he gets it set, and they only charge me $40.00 to correctly set the toe. Sure enough, it was off as I suspected. (note: they do charge a credit card processing fee, so bring cash and save 2.6%). I take off, and WOW! Just Wow! My Slingshot handles like a dream now! No more darting around, and It'll out handle a Corvette or Porsche! They did an outstanding job, charged a fair price, were super polite, and know their business! It's getting harder and harder to find good service and a fair price in Las Vegas these days, but it exists at Arrow Alignment. These guys all rock, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I was given their number that they could align my truck as I just replaced a bunch of parts on my steering system. I called them last minute hoping I could get seen. They fit me in last minute. I arrived and the mechanic took my truck for a drive to see what he could feel or hear while driving. He came back and pulled it into the shop to check alignment. He said it was perfect and didn't need anything. He didn't charge me since nothing was done. Great company, professional mechanics and honest about the work. read more

April 4th 2017 - Employee (female) who does the scheduling very short. Called in AM because steering wheel wasn't straight following an alignment. Very short on the phone placed me on hold 3 times. Once I was able to speak with her she said "just bring it down here this afternoon I will have someone look at it" I showed up at 2:40 and told her who I was. She said its going to take a long time were real busy. I explained I was afraid of just this and that I couldn't wait a long time and I had come in as she asked. She said I can't get you an appointment until tomorrow. I asked to speak with a mechanic so I could just ask a question. She went out slamming the door behind her. That explains the 1 star deduction. Now I see a mechanic walking out to my vehicle so I walked outside where I met Chris. Chris who clearly understands customer service tells me he will take care of it right now. Chris gave me 100% of his attention. We went for a short ride stoped out on the road where Chris made a adjustment. Drove back with him and the steering wheel is perfect. Chris says come back anytime steering wheel adjustments will be handled no problem! Alignment was perfect from the 1st appointment. Just the steering wheel a little out. Chris explained that it was probably windy on the day I had the alignment that may have been why it was missed on the 1st appointment. Thanks Chris! read more

I from out of town and after spending a few days banging around Death Valley back country my 4wd van was out of alignment. I googled a bunch of shops and at 8 am I started calling. Arrow was the first shop that answered the phone! The fellow was matter of fact and could get me in at 10am. At 11:45 I drove away with everything in alignment.$75 is not expensive for work on a 1ton truck. I was impressed with the shop and the low key efficiency. I wanted to watch the process but the owner.....I think ....gruffly said no customers in the shop. I'm sure their insurance prohibits it. Going back to January of 2016 I went to a shop for an oil change and a quote on a alignment. Oil Change about $20.00. Then the (new owner) and the mechanic called me back into the repair area. They then pointed out my problems. To repair my alignment I would first need new camphors on each front wheel. In addition there was more more needed repairs totaling over $1700.00 ( as indicated on the printout sheet (copy) they gave me. After returning home I placed a call to an Automotive shop. I inquired as to the cost of two Camphors for the front wheeks. They quoted me a price of $18.00 each. The shop I went to showed $89.00 each??? Wow ...what a mark up! NEXT STEP I WENT ON LINE AND LOOKED FOR REALIGNMENT BUSINESS'S. I read about half a dozen reviews. I then decided to call on Arrow Alignment 5441 South Decatur Blvd. The owner (Joe) himself anserwed the phone. I inquired how much woul it cost to replace my Camphors. Joe asked me why I wished to replace the Camphors. I explained what my printout recommended for alignment. Joe immediately stated there is NO way these required replacement was deemed necessary, then inquired if I could make an appointment, which I immediately did that moment. Took my vechile to have a quote given. The result was a new steering arm. I choose a used one rather than a new one from Toyota. The total repair was a little over $400.00. Joe did explain that there was a rubber bushing of some sort and if for some reason if it failed Joe would replace the bushing free of charge. The rubber bushing lasted a little over a week. I called & made a appointment he Joe installed a new rubber bushin at NO charge. So if you require a alignment or other mechanical work I believe you would be more than satisfied with Arrow PS: When I looked on line (Joe) Arrow Alignment had one of the most POSITIVE reviews. Had an alignment done at a chain shop & shortly after, I noticed a popping noise coming from the front of my Jeep Liberty. Took it to A Arrow & they found that the other shop had not tightened two major bolts, causing my front end to shift around & creating a dangerous situation. Best alignment shop in vegas. I went there a little before 4pm(they were closing at 5) and they checked the alignment, It was pretty bad. They asked me to come back the next day because they wanted to do the work properly. That right there earned my repeat business because instead of just doing a quick job to make money they wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the result. I came back the next day and got the work done. I couldn't get the exact settings I wanted(cars fault, not theirs) but they got as close as they could. It is like driving a whole new car now, it turns significantly smoother and takes corners much better. They will take the time to get your settings right for a custom job instead of just making them 'close enough'. I went here after lowering my civic and was impressed with the friendly and professional staff. With an appointment, they immedialty took and lifted my car and went to work. Chris, one of the employees, informed me that it would take several hours longer than expected because of parts that needed to arrive for the car itself. Then he offered a ride to and from home for the inconvenience! This itself amazed me at how they really take care of their customers. Scheduled an appointment here, staff was friendly and nice and truck was in shop right on time according to appointment. The owner noted an issue I had, and was able to to correct it and get my alignment back in spec after showing up with it badly out of spec. Had no issues making adjustments with aftermarket suspension (Long Travel Kit on my Toyota Tacoma) They drove it and made adjustments to the alignment to ensure it was driving good. I was in the area for work and was recommended this shop by the local off road club and I can say it was a great experience and will definitely stop by if I ever have alignment needs. I would give them "10 STARS" if i could. My girlfriend"s son ran over a curb in his car. He bent everything under the car even the frame.( The Car is a Old Kia Rio 35,000 miles. Her fathers car.Only worth about $2,000.) After going to a few body shops i was told the same thing over and over again the car would cost over $2,000 to repair. I called every frame shop i could find. I was told to call Arrow Frame they were the best frame shop in town. I checked them out on the BBB and saw that they had a good rating A+. I called them and the next day drove over to Arrow Frame. Tony one of the owners put the car on his lift, and told me yes it did have frame damage, and needed to pull out the frame rail. He told me to bring it back the next day and he would fix it. I told him i had to drive the car back to him. Because i didnt have a way back home. Without saying a word he climbed under the car and adjusted the camber on the front wheel so i could drive the car safely home. NO charge nothing! I dropped the car off on Wednesday and picked it back up Thursday night. I didnt expect much. Due to all the damage, and all the used parts i put on the car, to save money. But when i drove the car i could not believe how well it drove. Tony pulled out the unibody frame, and aligned the front end to perfection. The grand total was $275.00 . I could not believe this. All the dealerships and best rated body shops in town wanted 10X more money and wanted to keep the car for 2-3 weeks. Tony is a " Hero " in my book. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I have lived in Las Vegas for over 10 years and have never seen anyone treat people with the "Kindness" he showed me . After reading the reviews, we decided to take our car here. What a mistake!! It's so close to our house, so I decided to leave it and walk home. I wasn't but a block away and heard a car come screeching around a corner going 50+ mph, in a 35 mph I might add. They were driving so recklessly that it caught my attention so I turned around to look and it was my car!! I immediately turned around and went back and their only explanation was that they always take the cars for a test drive first. This was the first time I've ever had to bring my car in to a shop so I was a very nervous. They were beyond helpful! The front desk lady was very nice to me. As it turns out I had nothing wrong with my car and just broke a belt in the tire. They could of taken the opportunity to milk me for money but they were very honest and cool about it! They charged me the exact amount they said it was over the phone to diagnose the issue and it's a reasonable price ($40). I took my 2014 Ford Escape to the dealership last week for a routine oil change when they informed me my brake pads were less than 3mm and needed to be changed out ASAP. The estimate was just under $250 and they scheduled me to come back in a week. Thank goodness I got a second opinion at A Arrow Alignment who told me I had 75% of my original manufacturer's brake pads left and I could most likely go another 10, 000 to 15,000 miles before they would have to be changed out!
